    This company has been sending repeated threats and collection notices to our business that are for a completely unrelated business. I've explained to them on countless occasions that we are not affiliated, other than sharing a similar name, and that the company they are going after is out of business. My company has never used their software or signed any agreements with Podium. In fact, all of their invoices show another company's name and another company's address. Despite that, they continue to harass and threaten the reputation of our business. I recommend others be cautious and these are shady and deceptive business practices. This is a business that is willing to proceed with a false representation of debt under the REMOVEDand blatantly and knowingly violate the law to try and collect money from unrelated parties. Imagine what it will look like if you actually signed up for their services and tried to cancel in the future.

    The experience with Podium has not just been frustrating, it has felt intentionally deceptive. We were explicitly promised in writing that our agreement would not auto-renew and that we would sign a new contract annually. However, when Podium later launched an AI add-on option, we were asked to sign what was presented as an exciting update. Buried in that document was an auto-renewal clause that directly contradicted our original written agreement.This is especially troubling given the significant risks to our practice. Their AI system began making autonomous judgment calls in patient communications that pose genuine HIPAA and patient safety risks. These are critical concerns that could destroy our business and put our medical licenses at risk. Despite these dangers, every attempt to cancel was met with zero accountability. Rather than addressing these failures, every conversation devolved into a pitch on how we could "train" to use the software better.We have had an extremely disappointing experience and strongly caution any business, especially those in healthcare, before signing a contract with them. We have given them over two years of chances, yet we are forced to leave because Podium can no longer provide a service we need or trust. This company is holding our practice back rather than helping us thrive. We are now locked into a contract we never would have agreed to had it been presented honestly, with the only exit being a significant financial penalty. That is not a partnership, it is a trap. Bottom line, their AI product is not ready for a healthcare environment. Autonomous decision-making in patient-facing communications is a liability rather than a feature. If you value transparency and ethical business practices, look elsewhere. No company should have to fight this hard to leave a service they no longer trust. It is hard to believe that senior leadership is aware of these practices, as it reflects a complete lack of integrity from the top down

    Podium has been a game changer for our business. We even upgraded to using their phone service and really opens up a lot of avanues for us. What I love about their phone service is the auto anotation and summary of every phone call. Plus, as the world has changed with cell phones it is much easier to speak to clients via text without having to give our personal phone numbers.

    Podium has many features that make managing my workflow and customers easy. I wish I had a better understanding of all its capabilities. The only issue I have had was regarding updating customer information. There are times that the changes don't save and I have to update it again.

    This is REMOVEDwith REMOVED. Weve been using Podium for about 3 years now. I can confidently say that Podium is the Apple of CRM softwares. They are up to date and are always updating the platform. Theyve helped us keep our car dealership a float and even improved our reputation with their easy to use review link. A pretty bang for your REMOVED
