Yesterday I got approved new account, today they closed my account without explanation. No call, just an email saying After a recent review of your account, we will no longer be able to provide you with our services. Effective immediately, your account has been closed. This is a joke, less than 24h they close my account without valid reasons.I try to contact customer service and no answer very poor service at all.

I contacted Divvy pay customer service team on Monday morning about the Credit Builder. I wanted it to be explained to me because I can't find any concrete information on the website. So we walked though "everything" and I asked her before making a payment is there anything I needed to know. But I ended the call I asked Divvy CS Agent is there anything else I needed to know. She stated that she had explained everything. A day before the payment was suppose to withdraw, I contacted the csr to change the payment: Divvypay than declined the payment and charge me a $38 fee I was not told about. This is shady company because they had to make it worse. I contact the customer service number again to cancel the account and was cut off multiple time. I contacted the customer service email team about the cancellation. And they told me if was canceled and never sent a formal email about the cancellation!!!Review from Monique W

Terrible service! Divvy claims to have an advanced 3rd party platform that monitors fraud, but allowed hacked to *** my credit card out with over 30 fraud purchases in a 1.5 hour time span.Once the investigation is over, they informed me that I still had to pay for nearly half of those purchases because Ive benefited from them. Keep in mind these purchases were not made in the states and Ive never been outside of ******. Instead of coming up with a solution, they sent me out a new card and told me to just start spending on that one. Its been over ******************************************************************************************** hold their word. Terrible company and team, highly not recommended.Review from Janice C

Just received an email from Divvy completely decreasing my balance. Targeting and insulting my business to say the least. How? I didnt ask for much when I initially signed on, but to decrease a small businesses balance? To add insult to injury they asked if I wanted to increase I would have to provide tax statements and profit and loss statements to them to bring it back to its original amount before the decrease. What!!!! When has a credit card company asked for personal business statements?!!! I referred dozens of people to DIVVY platform and never asked for referral fee. The best choice of Action is for me to close this account! I will not be referring your business anymore! JUST SAD!Review from Sylvester I

This Divvy trying to rent a house to my family, and ask us to pay the sum of $90 as soon as we pay the said money we did not qualify to rent from them, people should be alert about this company.DivvyPay, Inc. Response
