I went to Texas Tire in Amarillo Tx to buy wheels and tires for wife’s truck. I applied for financing and got approved. We decided on some wheels and tires from there display. I was told everything is in stock but couldn’t be installed till next week. I then informed him I would have to cancel cause we are from out of town and can’t make it back due to work. He then informed me I would have to cancel with the finance company cause he already pushed through. I went back and forth with Texas Tire and greenwave. Both blamed one another. They refuse to cancel the sale even though they have emails from Texas Tire that I never took delivery of anything. The wheels and tires were never even taken out of stockBusiness response

As previously mentioned, we are unable to review specific account information on a platform such as this. However, based on your complaint, it seems that you signed an agreement with Greenwave and were going to take possession of the merchandise at a later date, but changed your mind and no longer want the items. In our all Greenwave agreements we outline this situation on by stating the following:
"If you are not taking possession of the Rental Merchandise immediately, then you are expecting a future Scheduled Delivery and/ or are Renting Online which implies a future shipment. You agree to accept the Rental Merchandise when it is delivered and begin making your Renewal Payments as agreed herein."
Again, we are unable to review account specific information on this platform, however, it seems that you might have had buyers remorse and are now refusing delivery of your merchandise. Please give us a call or email so we can review your account in detail.

Nice try but I canceled cause merchandise couldn’t be installed that day. I do not make it to Amarillo often due to work. I canceled cause it will be months before I make it back. I planned on still doing business there but after this no way your true colors are out. I called in like you asked and you just humiliated me more. Hi I reached out to the business on multiple different occasions letting them know that I had 2 deaths in my family which I was the one who had to pay for the funerals now I called and ask if there was a hardship program that will allow me to pay my **** around January when I get back on my feet and they wont help meBusiness response

I am sorry to hear about the deaths in your family, I can't imagine what you must be going through. We am unable to review account specifics on a public platform such as this so I do not have an account pulled up. However, we are unable to stop payment for extended periods of time, but we are able to adjust payments if needed.
