My experience with Platinum Dental Orthodontics has been an absolute nightmare, from start-to-finish. We were initially quoted a beginning balance, with a required down payment. We were told the Dr would be traveling to various offices, but would be in the *********** every 3-4 weeks for checkups and tightening. In the very beginning, they had several big mess **** My oldest son decided on Invisalign braces. They took molds and ordered his first set of trays. We were told it would take six weeks to get the trays, that they'd call and schedule us to get him going as soon as they had the trays. We were also told at that visit that they had screwed up on the total cost they quoted us, by a significant amount. Six weeks came and went. I never heard from them. At the eight week ****, I called them. They had lost his trays, so had to reorder them, which I was told would be another six week wait. And so began a saga of lost appointments, lost payments, lost trays, and lost faith. This became a consistent, spiraling pattern for them. It has resulted in braces taking double the time I was originally told, after having to leave their office. They double **** and billed our insurance for services never rendered. They are a mess and a half. I used to really feel like they called about my family. We were super loyal customers. They have screwed us so badly, I'm not even sure how to reconcile it.
