      On 9-22-2023 i ordered an intro membership package with Awakened Nation (AN). It included a bottle of Zenith supplements, a bottle of Uplift supplements, a spray, a earphone/visor headset for light therapy (that works with an app called Brain Tap BT), a year subscription to the BT app, and a year membership to get further deals on supplements. The idea is that the supplements support the therapy sessions that you get with the BT app and headset. This is an MLM. I like the BT product (headset) and service, however since I was not given the option to go directly through them, I have been penalized from utilizing the service properly or regularly- which is part of the therapy: 2-3 times a day- OR having access to their 12 month equipment warranty. This is again because of AN. I paid $1065.30 for their membership package. I am beyond dissatisfied across the board. I had multiple issues with the app working and login, and since my usage goes thru AN and not BT, I could not resolve it easily with BT. I have had to contact BOTH companies multiple times to fix things. The supplements do not work as advertised, the capsules do not dissolve and come out almost whole. My headset, which is a BT product, quit working properly after 2 months, and BT cannot honor the 12 month manufacture warranty since it was purchased thru AN. They punted my issue back to AN. I cannot get decent or prompt customer service with AN. I would like a full refund. I have not received the full benefit of ANY of the supplements because they come out undissolved, the headset will not hold a charge long enough to use daily after only 2 months, the BT company cannot help me because I purchased through Awakened Nation, and AN has such slow customer service, I cannot even stay on a regular therapy session schedule, therefore I don't get the benifits of the app/headset. For a company dedicated to promoting less stress/better health, they aren't. And they expect me to sell AN to my friends and family!

      I ordered Zenith on 8/15/23 for the amount of $160.69. I received the product on 8/21 and immediately requested a return and refund. According to their website they have a 60 day money back guarantee. I sent the product back, did not even open the package, on 8/22/23. I received confirmation of return reaching the company on 8/24/23 via USPS tracking. On 9/6/23 I sent another email requesting the status of my return and only received a computer generated email in return. This was the exact same email I got when I sent the original return request. I have tried to cancel my second order no response. I reached out to the company again and told a case had been out in and to log onto the website. I am blocked as it states I don’t have access. I feel the company is giving me the run around. I want to return the product and cancel the subscription. Which they are not allowing me to do. I was able to find a phone number and called only to receive a message that my call could not be taken at this time and to send an email.

      Hi there,

      We have responded to **** **** in regards to her review/complaint with her orders. The attached screenshot shows the time stamps and transaction numbers for the refund of both of her orders. It shows they were processed on September 13, 2023. We also responded to ****'s BBB Review (ID #: ******) on September 13, 2023. Along with this, we also responded to her customer support ticket via email saying the following:

      "Hi ****,  We have processed your return and a refund has been issued in accordance with the Awakend Return Policy*. Please allow 3-5 business days for this amount to reflect on your card ending in ****. 

      Order #****** (Zenith - 1 Bottle) $133.45 USD
      Order #****** (Zenith - 1 Bottle) $160.69 USD Exception: Full refund

      *Full refund for the product minus the original cost for shipping ($6.99) and a 15% return processing fee per unit. Annual Memberships are non-refundable."

      She has been refunded on our end, but can reach out to [email protected] if she ahs any further questions.

      Date of Transaction: 11/20/22 Amount of money Paid: $3,594.00 What the business committed to provide you: A weight loss product that was one of a kind that they had patents on as well as a study. What the nature of the dispute is: In January they sent out an apology that pills weren’t working and not dissolving, instead coming out in people’s stool. For me, the business opportunity that I had belief in and signed up for was ruined on a personal level. Everyone that I had told about this and those that tried it, were very disappointed and my reputation as someone trustworthy in the MLM industry as well on a personal level was wiped out which is worth way more than the refund I had asked for in the amount of what I paid of $3,594. They said and still say today talking about “OUR” patents. They don’t have any patents which is FRAUD and LYING. They had doctored up a study that was done back in 2009 when Trisynex funded It. Awakend actually had on their website the study with “Trisynex” whited out and they put their own name in it which is Fraudulent and FALSE ADVERTISING. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: No, after multiple emails no progress. I had to call my credit card company who reversed the charge but now today I’m getting notice they added the charge back because Awakend Nation is fighting it. I’m responding to my CC company and if I don’t get a credit, I will pursue legal action for False Advertising and any other illegal action they’ve committed.       I was solicited by master distributors for a new MLM called Awakend, LLC - they sell a product called "Zenith" that is supposed to melt fat. They sold me an Elite Founders Pack and convinced me that the product has been "scientifically proven", that it's wise to get in from the very beginning of the company, etc. I paid $3595.00+ for this "Elite Founders Pack", had to purchase an additional bottle to keep my account current and then was informed by them, in writing, that their product is faulty, to discontinue use and wait until they get it right. The capsule was not dissolving in people's bodies; therefore, unable to do what they "claim" it was supposed to do. I then requested a FULL REFUND given they misrepresented themselves and their product. I was told by Danelle M**** (an owner/master distributor) that I had to wait until I could "sell" it given she refuses to refund me. They kept moving dates for founders pack availability (they wanted more money!), trying to get more people to "buy in" with these ridiculously priced Founders Packs and put me off. I have recently emailed one of the "owners" again (Danelle M****) and have not only received zero response whatsoever but I have been removed and blocked from all of their Awakend/Zenith group Facebook pages. There are MANY unhappy people BECAUSE THE PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK, BECAUSE THEY LIED TO ALL OF US. The master distributors/owners then took a nice vacation together, on our dollar, while they expected everyone to wait on the product to be corrected to one that would actually work. Based on the premise that they did NOT deliver as promised, I requested a FULL REFUND. I DO NOT affiliate myself with scammers and they have scammed so many people. I have requested a full refund for every cent I spent with them. The fact remains that they did not deliver what was promised, they then changed the product itself and added an additional ingredient/s). My next step will be taking legal action. Buyers beware.

      My original order date was 11/17/22 for Zenith through Awakend in the amount of $315.84. Received my order starting taking the product. Received an email on 1/23/23 to stop taking the product there was an issue with capsules not dissolving. I stopped taking it and emailed asking for my money back. Never received a response. Finally got my consultant involved and received a response. His name was Scott Meoli. He kept telling me that the new and improved zenith would work. The money back guarantee would be in place. I kept telling him to cancel and refund I don’t want the product. Well I did receive the new product. I never even opened it. I immediately emailed and said I wanted my money back. Still have received any kind of response from anyone. I just emailed today saying I was filing a complaint. I would like my money back and to return the product

      On 12/11/22 I placed an order with this company and was charged $155.51 for my 1st bottle of product. Half way through the bottle they emailed me to discontinue the product as they found an "issue" in digesting the capsule (meaning it wasn't breaking open and just going right through your system) and that they would replace my bottle with 2 "free" bottles once they formulated a new capsule. That made me nervous so I asked that they cancel any future orders and refund my $155.51 (60 day free cancellation policy). Well, they charged me again on 1/8/23 for $162.50 and AGAIN on 2/5/23 (for the same amount). I have MULTIPLE emails saved asking them to repeatedly cancel my orders and they finally responded to me telling me that if I returned the bottles, I would owe "restocking fees" of 15% per bottle! So, I've been charged $480.51 for an order I cancelled and now they want to charge me $60.75 in "restocking fees" for those bottles they continued to send after I had cancelled my order! I paid $12 in S&H charges to return the bottles and STILL have not yet been credited back for anything! I just want my $480.51 credited back to my account. I am paying interest charges on this also. I did everything they asked to return the products (paying that $12 S&H out of my own pocket and completing the RMA form). This has been a total fiasco from the beginning and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone out there considering ordering this product to think twice before doing so as their customer service is awful and the product DOES NOT WORK!!! I'm just asking for my money back so I can put this behind me and quit stressing over a situation I shouldn't be stressing about.

      Just like the others in here, sold a defective product that took months to receive. The company admitted the product didn’t work. I requested a refund. They told me to send back the product, at my expense. I did. With the product I included a note stating I had closed the credit card that was used to purchase the product months earlier and to please send me a check for the refund. They then claimed they refunded a dead credit card before they had even received my package. I told them they needed to get that back as that account was closed. I provided the proof of that. I finally called PayPal and asked what would happen to the refund they sent- they said if the account was closed they would have received the payment back in 3-10 days. I waited another couple months and still I have no refund. All I want is my refund that was promised in the amount of $332.59 by Jestyn Child. They are a horrible company to work with or to get them to respond. I have finally had enough of trying to be patient and work with them. They need to make this right.

      December 5, 2022 - Ordered Zenith Fat Loss Accelerator. (Company offers 60 Day Money Back Guarantee on Website) Paid $162.87 with sales tax and shipping. Began taking supplement upon receipt and and after several days noticed that the capsule was being discarded upon using the restroom and the contents of the capsule was still intact. I continued to take the supplement thinking I needed to take it with more water to help dissolve the capsule. Continued this process and noticed capsule was still not dissolving. January 2023 received an email letter from the company CEO and Founders of a sincere apology that the product they produced was not dissolving and digesting as it should when consumed and that they were working hard to have this supplement remanufactured in a capsule that would dissolve as it should when taken. This letter stated to throw away any remaining supplements that were left. Was told that once the new formula was complete that a replacement bottle would be shipped out free of charge in February once they receive the new formulated product in stock. February 23, 2023 received another email letter stating that the replacement product is almost back in stock and that orders would begin shipping the end of February. February 23, 2023 received a second email letter stating that the replacement bottles are scheduled to ship beginning the week of 2/27/2023. March 2, 2023 - I sent email inquiring on the replacement bottle and if mine had shipped. (No response) March 6, 2023 - Sent a second email following up on when replacement bottle will ship. (Received an auto response that order should ship soon) March 15, 2023 - I sent an email requesting a full refund of my original purchase and I no longer want the replacement as now I fell like this is not a trustworthy product or company. ( No response) March 19, 2023 - Sent a second email requesting 100% full refund of my purchase, again no response. I believe this company is felonious and a scam.

      I have a subscription to obtain a monthly order of Zenith. I was charged 162.32 on 02/02/2023. I have yet to receive any product. There was a back order issue identified from what I was told prior to pulling my payment. I have to date received 1 email that notified me my shipment should have been sent out by 02/28/23. Nothing has been shipped and they were attempting to take another payment for a product they do not have. I stopped this payment as I have yet to receive the product that was paid for over a month ago. I want the product shipped ASAP or a full refund provided.

      I was enrolled in auto order for this product. They ran out of the product and didn't send my auto order but still charged me for 2 orders I didn't receive. I don't want the product any longer and I want those two charges refunded to my debit card.
