  Ordered the Echo Go and it didn't work. Tried to refund and they went back and forth demanding all kinds of insane video footage to prove it. Ended up not refunding it because they said they can't verify that it doesn't actually work, even after I offered to ship it to them for them to verify themselves. Scam artist company. Disputed the transaction.

  Fire Hazard! Do not leave unattended! I purchased the portable Full Spectrum Infrared sauna in 2021. I used it several times per week, and other than never reaching a temperature higher than 115F, it seemed to work fine. A few weeks ago, I turned it on to warm up, and about 5 minutes in I heard noises like firecrackers and I went back into the room and flames were coming out of the top. I ran to unplug it and used a towel to knock out the flames. If I had not been there at that moment it could have burned my house down! Or if I had been in it, I would certainly have had burns. I had an email address with which I had corresponded directly with 'Paul' before, and I emailed (with pictures) what happened. No response. I now found out the company has filed bankruptcy. These units are not safe.

  I ordered their Echo Go+ for $250. It stated it has a PPM of 2.5 at the 3 minute cycle and a 4.5 PPM at a 10 minute cycle. Echo Go + looks like a legit American product along with their Echo Go website.Received product and found that the country of origin is *****.Not even made in the US !!Used Blue Reagent drops to test water for hydrogen PPM SEVERAL times.The PPM level reached each time was only between 1- 1.2 PPM !!! Way lower than what they claim it does. This is FALSE ADVERTISING!! How can they even remain in business?They should be shut down. DO NOY BUY ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS !!!

  Ordered the machine and used it about 2 weeks. Felt zero results. Gave it to my daughter to try with her family. No results. Used it about another week and it stopped working. Contacted the company several time and just got "canned" replies and suggestions. None of which worked. Wanted to send it back, that was a mess and I gave up. Now I have a $100 plastic water pitcher.

  WARNING!This company is supposed to ship from **** and I clearly have a ** shipping and billing address. They sent me a portable infrared sauna with a European outlet. No where on the info or specs is it indicated that this product was for use outside of the US or I would not have purchased this! Not only is is not able to be used without creating an electrical hazard in my home, the customer service phone number does not work. It says "call busy" and the call drops immediately. They have not responded to two emails this week. They have a 30 day return policy, but they require a return authorization for all returns and you can't initiate a return online on your own. How am I to do this if I can't get ahold of anyone? Out of fear that my time will run out on the 30 day return policy, I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. Hoping to hear something back! I am not going to get stuck with a $1,080 purchase on a product that cannot be used!

  Unethical… On September 26, I ordered an Echo H2O Pitcher from Synergy Science. The order included free shipping, a 1 year warranty, a bonus of an EchoClean, the pitcher filter (included when available with free shipping), and a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee with a no hassle return policy. Since the pitcher was on backorder, I have called and emailed more than once to check on the status of my order. After 6 months of waiting, I decided to call to request a refund. What I received was a recording directing me to another company, EchoH2O. After speaking with Korby, (which was also the name of the woman I used to speak with at Synergy Science), I was told that they could not refund my money. She instructed me to contact Synergy Science for my refund, since that company is the company which sold me the pitcher, etc.. When I called Synergy Science once again, all I got was the recording again, and I could not leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. Before sending an email to Synergy Science, I contacted EchoH2O with more questions. Once again Korby called me back. She said this new company would stand behind the 1 year warranty and free shipping, they no longer have the EchoClean and she did not know what bonus would be sent in its place, the pitcher filter (when available) would be sent to those who requested it with free shipping, and that there would be NO 30 Day Money Back Guarantee!!! If I did not like the pitcher, I would not receive my money back (as promised), but that I would receive a credit to be used toward other product. If I wanted a refund, I would need to email Synergy Science,. Thus, I emailed my Request for Refund to Synergy Science. I would never have made this large purchase without a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee and a No Hassle Return Policy. All I have received in response to my email is an automatic reply. I believe the owner has created the 2nd company to keep the money. He has created an unethical situation to entrap customers.

  This company and many of the reviews on this site are bogus. My wife and I haven't been able yet to determine if this company is a scam or some other form of illegal organization. We purchased the Infrared Sauna from Synergy Science. Right out of the box we had problems with the product. The temperature never reached the high level it was supposed to and the company won't help us. They won't take the product back and they can't fix it. They have stopped responding to our calls and emails. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!! You WILL be disappointed.

  I purchased their portable sauna in March, 2022. After numerous delays, I finally received it on May 24, 2022. I set it up and began using it. Right away I noticed that it did not heat up well. It took an hour for it to reach 140 degrees. Definitely not heats up quickly. I called the company and they said it various in heat up time. Because the weather outside heated up, I didnt not begin using my sauna again until the end of October. I again experienced the long heat up time but also noticed the sauna doesnt hold the temperature. It drops from 140 down to 113 in 5 minutes and only recovers 1-3 degrees after 25 minutes. I have sent in numerous videos, followed all their suggestions, sent many emails and have placed many phone calls. They just kept saying theyd refer it to their service department. Nothing happens. They want me to pay $150 to ship it back to them and then they will only plug it in. This wont show the drop in temperature once a body is in it with all the enclosures zipped up. I have been trying for 4 months to do something about this defective unit, which I paid over $900 for. Now their tactic is to just ignore me. I am very displeased and am considering filing a small claims lawsuit.

  I used to have great reviews for Synergy Science but lately I dont know what is going on. My credit card was hacked and I tried to put a new one in for the ******************** but they keep dancing around with the solution . I keep getting the same bad story that they cant sign up new customers, BUY I AM NOT A NEW CUSTOMER! This is actually my second system with them. So the reason I bought the system is for that technology but I cant get the service I want

  This has to be one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with! I ordered the Echo Go+ from them. They sent me a completely defective product! It didn't work at all straight out of the box. I contacted them about the issue, and they had the audacity to tell me they don't take back products once they have been opened. So there was no way I could get a refund, even though they sent me a defective product -- and the only way I could find that out is by opening it. They sure have quite the scam going. I then asked them to send me a working Echo Go+. I was told I first had to send a video proving it actually didn't work. I sent them a video showing it doesn't work and didn't hear back for days. I contacted them again and asked when I would get a new one sent to me that worked. I was told they are still reviewing the video days later. I waited a couple more days with no resolution. They have stolen almost $300 from me and given me a broken piece of junk. I would highly suggest you never do business with this company.
