      I got an email saying a table was back in stock so I was so excited to order it! Now after multiple emails I don't get a straight answer as to why. I just get told it was a glitch in the system. I have been told this about 3 orders. I am waiting on a desk chair that was also back ordered but got delayed AGAIN with no communication and the table that was "back in stock" now won't ship until January I'm told. I ordered it the beginning of November to have for the holidays. No discounts were offered no communication of delays. Emails take forever to reply too. I wouldn't recommend ordering for them. They don't allow reviews on their website otherwise I would have reviewed there. Extremely frustrating.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. On two different client orders McGee and Co has delayed shipping by months at a time. When pressed customer service (Heather) continually lies about restocking dates. After 6 months we eventually asked for a cancellation and we’re offered a 20% discount on a new order that would be applied after the purchase. Then after purchasing she refused to honor the discount she offered. We would advise against ordering from this company for personal use and especially for business use. It is extremely unreliable and they do not care about their relationships with their trade partners. Customer service needs a MAJOR revamp. Extremely disappointing.

      AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I ordered an item online and immediately called to cancel and was sent to voicemail. I called several times that day and the next, left messages, emailed customer service, and still did not receive a response or resolution. This is the worst customer service I have experienced. I won't be ordering again.

      Unfortunately I recently had a very horrible experience where I paid $3k for pendant lights and no where was it communicated or shared on their website that I would need to open up my drywall and have a support beam installed to hang them as I would have never ordered and purchased them. I have tried to return them and receive a refund or at the very least a credit and all I got for the team ai its been more than 30 days so theres nothing we can do. The 30 days was new to me as that timeframe was not stated. Mind you I have pending orders that have yet to be delivered from May of this year. Is this how you treat your customers? I am very disappointed. I dont have $3k to waste and receive inadequate or unhelpful responses.

      I also had an awful experience. **************** is very unprofessional and dont take **mplaints or **ncerns serious. This is people hard earned money. They have lost me as a customer unless changes are made. I ordered something and had to change the shipping address due to error. I **ntacted the **mpany well in advance prior to the order being delivered to ***** in my area. Never received the product and put money now. All I get from this **mpany is a sorry. I **ntacted ***** as well several times and they said that nothing **uld have been done on my end. Only mcgee and ** can **rrect the address. When I called ***** when I noticed the address error and still time to **rrect it ***** product wasnt even in Niagara Falls yet and mcgee and ** can call to **rrect shipping address. I tried to get ***** to stop the parcel but they said only mcgee and **. I will never see the parcel and never see my money I guess. They never even called to see how they **uld make it right. It was like its all a big joke to them. They need new customer service staff. The customer service team needs some major **urses and education in customer service otherwise this **mpany is going to fail.

      This company advertises sale prices on out of stock items. The website stated backordered to a certain date - but would not me to place an order (at the sale price) and wait for the item to be back in stock . All I was able to do was to sign up for a notification when the product was back in stock, which I received today. Of course they did not offer or honor the sale price previously advertised.Deceptive practices / false advertising for sure.

      This company's furniture makes you think that the quality will be comparable to a fine furniture company like RH or Arhaus, but don't be fooled. Their prices are very high, but the quality and customer service are ATROCIOUS. They attempted to deliver a rug to a construction site where it promptly was stolen. We had a dresser we did manage order and receive CRACK the whole way through within a year of possession. Even lower-end furniture has performed better than this. Even with sharing photos of the cracks, their customer service was very much like "sorry, we can't do anything after a month." AVOID ORDERING A THING from this company. Learn from my stupidity, please.

      TERRIBLE company!!!TERRIBLE company!!!Even more terrible products Seriously None of the items I purchased were the color as written in the descriptions, or the same color as the photos! Rugs were yellow in tone rather than beige, and my coffee table was yellow Instead of the white oak color as described and shown in the photos and written descriptions! And They will not except returns They acted like they were hearing me out, and then told me that they had a policy about returns that I could not find anywhere on their website. I seriously scoured the website before I even tried to make the return to see if I was outside of any policy, and there was absolutely nothing written anywhere that would have prohibited me from returning these things. Please Stay away from this company! If you buy anything, go through Target, which will be a lot less expensive, probably better quality, and Target accepts all returns. This company is a total and complete sham! I dont know how they are still in business.

      Horrible experience. No regard for their customer. Ordered a desk - backordered thru 12/21. Shipped in January. 3 boxes - its March and they cant find the third box. Their answer is to process a claim which will take 2 weeks to credit my account and then they have to reorder and start over!!! Lost me forever.

      Worst company to deal with. Ordered a rug it came with black marks throughout. There was no black in rug. It obviously was an issue with the vendor they use. I was told 2-3 weeks to claim. I was then told to send additional pictures after my Initial claim after I had rug rolled up and packed to go back. Still waiting for a resolution. I have NEVER dealt with such a difficult company. Keep making your ******* shows because you online store is going down the tubes!!!! Horrible!!!
