On 2/21/2024, my company accepted the agreement from Allied USA for their quarterly service to collect our chemical waste and to begin the first service date on 4/1/2024. However, no one came for waste collection. I then called and emailed the Director of Sales, my rep contact multiple times - but he did not bother to reply nor return my call. I called the office, and then an "account manager" responded to have someone come on 4/11/2024. On the day, the collector did not bring any containers for us as stated in the agreement. In the agreement, the containers are included in the package. Eventually, my company received a bill for the container that we never received and I disputed it. Subsequently, we were charged received invoices for monthly charges when it should only be quarterly as stated in the agreement. I again disputed the charge but did not receive any respond. In the process, I also did not get a response from the account manager or the rep despite multiple emails and calls made to them over the past 5 months and it is still counting for the waste collection which is due one week ago. Their business operation is a mess and questionable. BBB, please assist to investigate Allied USA.Initial Complaint

We were pricing waste providers and had a lot of great customer service contact with Allied - and were quoted a price for services which we wanted to pursue. The contract given was a different price than what was quoted. We have been trying to contact someone regarding the discrepancy and have not been able to get a response. Now we have received an invoice even though no services have been rendered.
