I ordered $400.worth of supplements a couple of weeks ago. I noticed this past weekend that the order had not come. When I looked at their site, I noticed that they had my current address for billing but not for shipping address. I had received several past orders for supplements at my current address but this last order was since to an addressed from which I moved 3 years ago. I called the company and someone with a very thick accent told me that it was my fault--I need to check my orders carefully so they are correct. I told her that I had no reason to check the billing and shipping addresses since you had previously received three shipments before this one that were correct. She offered me no other solution to this problem other than admitting to her I was entirely wrong and go away. I have ordered a lot of products from them. I guess I'll have to take my business elsewhere but felt I should warn potential customers that if they have a problem with this company that they are unwilling to help you, even if you are making large purchases and have been a loyal customer.Business response

There is a fraudulent charge of 192$ on our credit card. We searched who made it and found that it came from this company. The bank deactivated the card, and we called to see who charged our account. They stated no one could help us, so here we are. I have no idea who these people are, but they stole 192$ from me.Business response

We have contacted the customer and assured her **********************'s ******************************************* was not the party who fraudulently charged her card, and that it was indeed someone using the customer's credit card online. In addition, our Accounting team had already identified the order as fraud and canceled the order. We have tried to refund the card but because it was canceled we were an able to refund. We informed the customer she will have to either reopen the account so we can refund the card or dispute the charges with her bank in order to receive the refund.Initial Complaint

There were 3 fraudulent charges made to my debit card by this business for a total of about $2,800 yesterday. I have never even heard of this company until I started googling it today. Hoping my bank can get this settled since the charges are still pendingBusiness response

In addition, our Accounting team identified the orders as fraud on the same day the orders were processed and they were able to cancel the order successfully. My card was hit 5 times from amounts of **** all the way down to a $160 thank goodness my bank let me know And I got my card shut off but they did get a $160 worth of products that I had to file a fraud report on. Due to security on my bank app I cannot screenshot the charges.Business response
