      Ordered a 4-time pest repellant solution. Received shipment 1. Shipment 2 shipped and was lost in transit. Have reached out to vendor multiple times for update/replacement and have received no response. Disputing charge with credit card provider as well since products paid for have not been provided.

      I purchased a prepaid subscription to Pestie on 4/12/24. I received my first box and applied the product around the exterior of my home. I ran out of the product while treating so I was sent additional product on 4/27/24. I applied the product and it seemed like it was working, we’d still get spiders and ants and beetles occasionally. On 6/12/24 we noticed a bee on our front steps that was burrowing into our concrete, so I had to call a specialist. I began chatting with Pestie customer service and they refused to honor their guarantee unless I try other products of theirs before refunding me the money for the application already done. I just want the whole value refunded as the product didn’t work, not just a portion because I cancelled my subscription.

      I am writing to complain about the recent issues I’ve had with your service. I intended to reactivate my service, but instead, two separate orders were created under my account. I contacted Pestie, to delete the duplicate service and a few days later, I got a response saying the duplicate was removed and a return label was sent to me. At that point, only one order had shipped. I immediately replied asking for clarification on the return label, but I received no reply. When I tried to log into my account, I found out it had been deleted entirely. This was such wild behavior for a simple request. Now my account is gone. I can't trust this business to carry out a simple task or respond timely. They need to resolve this immediately.

      I'm aware this is supposed to be for complaints but when I went to their website after I had deleted our messages on my SMS texts, & I was shocked to see all the negative comments ab this business. I'm here to tell you all how absolutely pleased I am after subscribing to their quarterly pest control. It was shipped as promised, received text messages before and after I received the product, after the 2nd shipment I was low on money and had to get in touch w them to see if I could pause my subscription for a month due to some cash flow issues. They got back w me the following morning and I contacted them ab 11:40pm the night before. Very friendly, very customer service savvy, and most importantly the product 100% works!!! I haven't experienced anything that hasn't been A+ service. After reading only 2 of the comments i felt a need to spread good energy among all this negativity. Believe me if ANYTHING had been bad w my experience I would've followed suit as the others did. I'm sorry to the customers who had a bad experience, I wish everyone had the same positive outcome as I did. Thank you and good vibes coming your way.

      I ordered Pestie on 3/18/24 and applied it when arrived and it did not work. I told them and got no response. It did not work.       No product. No contact. No refund. No good. 10/25/2023 placed order for pestie subscription - email says ships in 1 to 2 days. 11/04/2023 no shipment sent / recieved. 11/04/2023 email to ask pestie for refund / ask for shipment to be canceled / asked for subscription to be canceled. 11/06/2023 - the only response from pestie was a shipping notification of a shipment i requested canceled before the label was EVER created on 11/06/2023. They sign you up for their subcription on their website but you have to contact them to cancel it. So far email, facebook, chat & phone call - Not One Person has responded to any of their contact mediums. Pestie is a predatory business. They take orders, do not ship the products after ordered, sign people up for subscriptions & MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL the subscription. There are many other complaints of this same thing happening.

      I have never received the product. I ordered on August 24. On August 24, I received an email from Pestie.com stating that my order had shipped. The tracking information was last updated on September 1 when it was turned over to USPS. I have been trying to contact Pestie through online chat which has never been available when I have tried and through email which they are not responding to. I would like a full refund and to terminate my subscription since the company is not responding or providing a product.

      Pestie does not have the proper support to run their business. Pestie portal lacks the proper account management and support does not return any communication through their suggestions of mail or chat (2 hour response). I have subscribed to the annual plan and received only one shipment (total of 4). They have missed the second shipment and I have reached out multiple times for the shipment schedule without a response. I paid $146 on July 12th, and without any updates my request, I am now filing a complaint and refund. This company lacks good faith and up front business practice. They need a better portal, better means of communication and overall better support for their customers.

      I ordered Pestie and decided to cancel any further shipments after getting my first shipment. I went online and they did not have a way to cancel online. I was required to email them requesting my service to be canceled. I did this on 6/22/23. Flash forward to 9/11/23 and I notice a charge for $59 from Pestie. I use the chat feature and ask why I am still being charged after canceling, but I do not get a response in a few hours as the website states. Over 24 hours later I asked again can someone help me and I got my first response back. They say that they just shipped it so I will need to wait till the package arrives and ship it back and then they will reimburse my money. I told them that this was their mistake and not mine and they could not hold my money hostage. I would ship the item back if they sent a shipping label but I was not fronting the shipping for this issue. They have now sent a label but are still holding my money hostage. I have emails showing them admitting to receiving my cancellation, but not abiding to my wishes.
