Dec. 29, 2022, Eve Financial is the creditor that Coast Side Clinic set me up with 4 Months free interest. Apr. 14, 2023, paid in full $3349.00. $3300.00 for Coast Side Clinic and $49.00 Annual Fee for Eve Financial. Payments made in 2023: Jan. 27th. $400 Feb. 21st. $400* Mar. 6th. $400 Apr. 3rd. $400 Apr. 10th. $400 Apr. 14th. $1349 *Eve Financial in error listed Feb. 21st as $350. My mistake thinking it would be corrected. Apr. 9th emailed Eve Financial of their error. Their email response was, will be in touch in 24 business hours, Reference ****, heard no response. Apr. 18, Edwin P***** informed me "You don't have to worry since we received your payment for $400 even though it is showing on your account that it is only for $350". Still no correction. Apr. 23, emailed same complaint for about 4th or 5th time of their error with no help in sight. Apr. 7, Shawn C***** answered my question about APR%. He said 15.99% but in the account it's 21.24%. Coast Side Clinic informed me interest would be charged to remaining balance. Eve Finance, Shawn C***** said not true. That was alarming so I knew to pay off before interest starts. To whom it may concern,
Thank you for giving us the chance to respond to Mr ******'s response. We are aware of the issue that Mr ****** is experiencing and are actively working to fix it. I will make sure to give him a call and explain to him that he will not incur any negative credit reporting or any fees on his account because of this error.
When applying the $400.00 check to his account, our system experienced a bug that only applied $350.00 to his overall balance. We do have the physical check that Mr ****** sent to us, and I was able to verify that it was for $400.00. As soon as our team is able to reflect the correct amount on Mr ******'s account, I will reach out to him again to ensure he is happy with the overall outcome of the situation.

I am rejecting this response because: Today, May 3, 2023, Eve Financial still has not credit $50 to my account which is paid in full. Mr. Josh C***** responded it is their error and called me that it will be taken care of on April 27, 2023. When Mr. Josh C***** will it be taken care of? Original complaint to Eve Financial was April 9, 2023. My wish is to close this account but unable to. Eve Financial, Mr. Josh C*****, Please correct your mistake and close my account today!Sincerely,
