The representative *********************************** mis represented who she worked for throughout the entire process. She guaranteed a $1000 referral fee for Sunrun. Once I Made a referral is when I found out she doesnt work for ****** and that she was responsible for $500 of the referral. She has now ghosted me. Her Regional Manager ************************* refuses to respond and will not take any messages. **** does not answer their phone either. Im at a loss on how to receive the money that I was promised.Review from J G

Our VITL rep was very informative and helped through our whole solar process. He answered all 19 of our concerns that we had written down, and even rescheduled his next appointment to make sure that we had all the clarity needed before putting solar on our roof. Wouldnt sit down with anyone else. **** does the job right.Review from Lauren E

I had a couple VITL reps come to my door that has a no solicitation sign and proceed to ring both my doorbells and knock harshly on the door. When I came to the door they introduced themselves and their sales pitch and when I explained that I have a no solicitation sign on my door, ******* said I know, I can read and then proceeded to try to keep on with the sales pitch. Maybe this company should refresh their employees on reading and comprehension? It is illegal to solicit anything door-to-door when someone has a no soliciting sign. Most of the time we have them for a reason, like a night shift worker or a baby sleeping, which I happen to have both in my house when they came. Very disrespectful and disruptive.Review from Andy B

Absolute worst company I've EVER worked with! ********************* claimed he was the ** of Sales and would make all of my solar dreams come true. After I bought his line and our initial conversation, he completely ghosted me! I've searched for another number or person and it doesn't exist. AND now, over a year later, I received a charge from the loan company for solar that was never delivered! They are cheats, liars, and swindlers. Do NOT work with any of them!Review from Donald H

I have no idea why the reviews are so bad, because I had the totally opposite experience here in *****. The representatives were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, respectful, interesting and well versed in their product. I would highly recommend them and am pursuing solar through them. I would gladly speak to anyone about my experience
