      I made a transaction with this company on April 13, 2024 utilizing Shopify. The company says the processing is 7 to 10 business days in the shipping is 7 to 10 business days for the items ordered. Not only me but several customers have not had a response since November 2023. My order says it’s still being processed. I’ve reached out to the company on all social media account, I’ve reached out via email through their contact several times, and I reached out to the owners social media account to see if this business is still up and running. on the social media account Instagram several women that have commented not receiving their orders from this company and several people have had fraud cards replying about a Refund. If this is a case and company is accepting people money but not fulfilling their orders since November that’s a big problem.

      I ordered clothing items from Mckie Rae Boutique. The Owner even acknowledged the reciept of money and order. I have reached out to this company for my order several times and have provided said information and no response. I am not the first that this has happened to either. All I want at this point is my refund.

      11.9.2023- I purchased a bodysuit from McKinli H**** that she was selling on her personal Instagram page on behalf of her business for $30. The payment was made on Venmo as requested. I sent her a screenshot of the payment and my address and was told it would be shipped to me. 12.6.2023- I reached out to Mckinli after item was not received. She apologized and said it would be shipped and I would have it in "about a week". 1.6.2024- I messed McKinli again after I still hadn't received it and asked for a refund. On 1.7, she responded that she could refund me via PayPal. I told her I didn't have PayPal and requested it be sent through Venmo as it was the original form of payment. No response. 1.19.2024- I emailed her "support" team. I provided screnshots of our conversation on Instagram and asked for a refund. No response. After stating I would file a BBB complaint, McKinli messaged me saying she could refund through PayPal (which I had already clarified I didn't have) or she would give me a $60 shop credit. After all of this? No. Thank. You. After doing some research, I discovered there are several other girls who also didn't receive a $30 bodysuit they ordered and have since been ghosted by McKinli. Luckily, my mistake only cost me $30. Other girls have mentioned they're out much more. I'm all about supporting a local small business but... BUYER BEWARE!!

      I purchased items from this business on three separate occasions. I sent money via VENMO, as this was the requested form of payment. All three items that I paid for have not arrived. I have reached out to the seller in the original form that the items were ordered, and I also emailed at the businesses email address. The email I received was a quick apology, and I was told they were checking their inventory and would have it shipped out soon. This was Jan 12th. I have since emailed three times and not received any reply. Additionally, there have been many posts by the seller, and business owner, showcasing boots and clothing and encouraging others to purchase her items. Comments from myself, and another individual who has not received her clothing have been deleted from public social media pages as well. On December 1st, I sent $60 for a pair of black size 7 cowboy boots. McKinli H**** said her shipping assistant was in, and would be shipping today or the following Monday and would combine my orders. On November 16th, I sent $30 for a Small camo jacket, and McKinlie replied on November 19th saying I did not need to send an additional $5 for shipping as she would combine my orders. On October 30th she posted saying everything had shipped so I asked her if mine was included because I had not received my items, and she replied on November 9th with "OMG!! Let me look up tracking" - I did not get a tracking number. On October 18th she told me she has 4 workout sets available, I sent $25 dollars for a Small black workout set. I have not received any item that was ordered or any further communication from her. I'd appreciate my items first, or a full refund second as a resolution. I feel I have given ample time for this to be remedied as it has been over 3 months.

      McKinli (the owner of McKie Rae) poster on her Instagram that she was selling boots from her boutique at a discounted price. She asked that anyone interested in purchasing them to reply to a question box on Instagram saying our size. I did just that, she sent me a message saying she got me down and to send her $70 via Venmo and provide her with my address so that she could send me the boots. I did just that. After a week I reached out to her to see if there’s anything else she might need from me but she didn’t reply to that. I then reached out to her 3 weeks later asking what the status of this was; she was apologetic and said that she was behind on her Instagram messages but that her assistant was shipping them via USPS priority that same day and for me to reach out to her business email ([email protected]) to get a tracking number. I sent the email and got an answer a few days later saying to confirm the shipping address. I did that. And never heard back from eithe McKinli via Instagram or via her support email. At this point I want my money back and I’ve said that to her multiple times. I have yet to hear back from her but she keeps deleting comments I leave on her posts on Instagram asking her about the status of my purchase. She scammed me and other women the same exact way.

      I bought 4 clothing items via IG from this person on 11/9/23. I paid her a total of $130 through Venmo. On 11/20/23 I sent her a message asking for an update on when I would receive my items. In 12/1/23 I received a response advising me to email her support team. They asked me to proved my address and the exact times I ordered. I provided my address and name as well as payment details but told them I was not sure of the exact items I ordered assuming they would have that information. I waited for my items and still did not receive them. I emailed again on 12/11 and asked for a refund on my items and was told I would need to contact the seller directly to get a refund. I have messaged her on numerous occasions 12/13/23, 12/23/23 and 1/2/24 and have been ignored. I have also sent a Venmo request for my money back. In the meantime I have met others via online forums who have experienced the exact same thing. Please look into this person and stop her as she continues to sell items via her social media.
