Ryan M******* with INTELISYS came in and sold me on VOIP phone system that never has worked good or done what they have promised. I have dropped phone calls, no one there, phone forwarding is sketchy at best, I have no way of making changes to system and the IT guy Tom S****** is impossible to reach and only responds when I have my IT call him. I feel like this has been detrimental to my business. I was never told that my fax would cost more until I got my first bill, its $44 more than the proposal each month. I was never told that my alarm system would not work with it this way. I have spent hours dealing with this and well over $3000 in IT people coming in to make my system work with these phones. The customer service is non existent, the phones suck and the system is not for a small business.Initial Complaint

This company claims to have refunded my canceled membership on 2/25/2022 in the amount of $79.95. As of today's date, 6/10/2022, I have NOT received any refund. I have contacted my bank on numerous occasions, however, Fold3 refunded the amount of the membership to a debit card that was on a closed account. I have contacted Fold3 numerous times, informed them that I never received the refund, and they have refused continuously to give me my money back. Only they have the ability to refund my membership and are refusing to do so. They are also refusing to provide me any supporting documentation in written form that shows the amount was refunded. I just simply want my money back. They refunded the amount to a closed debit card and as a result the refund was NOT processed so I am still owed my money.
