    I purchased a weight loss package program. I was supposed to receive weekly food menus, grocery shopping lists, exercise routines. The website has a 100% satisfaction guarantee, 60 refund policy. I have been trying for 2 weeks to access my program info. and have been unable to access/log into the program profile. I have been emailing the company for 2 weeks requesting a refund. The only response I receive over and over is a generic auto populated response stating that the company will be in touch with me with in 1-2 business days. My first request for a refund and filing of a complaint stating I haven’t been able to access my program info was sent via email 2/27/24. I have tried contacting them every 3 days and now two weeks later I still have yet to receive and actual response.

    I don't remember whether I was trying to contact somebody on Fox News, but I was aware of an ad that came up on my computer screen about a product that heals skin rash, bruses, and small cuts, and does it very quickly. I have problems on my shins with bumps, scrapes, and rashes. I wouldn't have given the ad a second glace, except it said that Laura I***** not only indorced the product, but she sold it and was driving the industry nuts because her prices were so way under the market price for similar products. "Get a free sample..." Later on in the advertisement it said that all you had to pay was the shipping, which was about $4.95. Well, I can go for shipping if Laura I***** is selling it. When I got my bank card and went to sign up for my sample salve, the ad said I could get some kind of liquid to do something for my innards. Okay... throw it in with the jar of salve. When I went to check out there were two shipping charges on the bill for free stuff. Okay... I'll pay it. I got the free trial stuff in the mail... no problem. I've used the salve...eeejh! Here's the gripe and my big "WATCH IT!!!" It has got to be at least a month or better since I sent off for the "free" sample. Today, when I checked my bank accoount there was a withdrawal of $94.96. In the line for the withdrawal are these words & numbers: "8-11-21, Complete Wellness, 8**********...$94.96" I called Complete Wellness at this number. They said I had signed up for a two week trial, and when the two week trial was over, if I had not called them to tell them I did not want any more of either product, I was automatically billed for $94.96. Folks, had they told me the full retail price for this stuff was $94.96... I don't care if Laura and Glenn B*** (which the ad said he was with Laura in this venture) hand delivered the bottle and the salve personally, I would not have signed up for any free trial even if there were no shipping cost... would you??? The guy on the phone went to his superior twice when I told him I knew nothing about all this deal. He said the information about canceling the order was written on the product containers. Folks, I bet you couldn't read those tiny words either whatever they are on the backs of that jar and bottle. The most refund he is giving me rather than canceling the whole bill is $71.22. When I asked him if I were getting another order of stuff, he said, "No." When I asked him why not, he said that both accounts for the two products were canceled. Today is the first the company has heard from me ever. How did they know I wanted to cancel my order after the two week trial period? and yet, I do not get a full refund! Lordy, lordy, lordy... one would think these guys are a bunch of crooks...!
