I ordered their product, and it is obviously lost as the USPS shows the product in Manassas, VA since May 27, 2024. I have sent two emails to the company only to get form type letter telling me that the product can take 5 business days to arrive. It was ordered on the 23rd of May. I’m simply asking for them to issue me a full refund for the pro haven’t received.Initial Complaint

about an upcoming order. I called within 24 hours of receiving the email to cancel the order. I was told it was too late and the order and already been processed.
I asked how it could be too late and the order was already processed when I just received the email.
He claimed they sent a previous email. I searched all my folders. There was no other email. I tried to explain this but he would not listen.
My credit card was not charged until a week later and then I received the product. So, in fact, it was not too late when I called. This is a practice that takes advantage of people especially those on a fixed income.
