We notified K&R that our home had been sold and requested a payoff quote for the account. My title company sent out the payoff check and provided K&R with the buyers title company's contact information. I received an account invoice and called K&R. I spoke with the community manager as was assured that I would not be billed. I was charged $338. I contacted K&R and was advised to submit a refund request. Because I had zero faith that this would be resolved timely I removed authorization on my bank account. K&R responded that they would need to send a check, which is fine, but would not issue the refund until they received the funds from the buyers title company. I had my title company reach out to both K&R and the buyer's title company for resolution. Weeks later and K&R just let me know that they still haven't received the funds and forgot the names of both title companies so they haven't been able to follow up. Ridiculous.Initial Complaint

K&R has issued a late payment fee to my account incorrectly. Late payment deadline is the 12th of the month. I used their payment method and I issued payment prior to the late payment deadline. not on the date of deadline. prior to the date. Under no circumstance should I be issued a late fee when my payment was made on time.
