I ordered $150 worth of items on Nov 21 from GroomsShop, a company either owned by JDS or a DBA of JDS. I sent multiple emails to their support email with no response and I would like a resolution. If necessary I will report fraud to my bank and cancel the transaction, but I would prefer to get my items as I like the products they sell.Initial Complaint

I ordered a gift on December 3rd and received the confirmation email. The money was taken out of my account. I reached out via email just before Christmas as it was past the time that I should have received the item and I had heard nothing from the company. I now just want my money back and the company is non responsive. My order #******
