I placed an order with Roolee on June 14, 2023. The order was delivered on June 17, 2023. One of the items I received was faulty. The strap on the Set Sail Sandals broke on the first day I wore them. I tried emailing Roolee on June 25, 2023, showing them a picture of the faulty item. Their policy on damaged/faulty items states: "Claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 30 days of when the order was placed to ensure proper credit. Note these items must be unwashed, unworn, and have tags still attached. Please first take a picture of the whole item and a close-up of the damaged area, and then email our Customer Success team at ****************** with a brief description of the damage." I never received a response to my email, so I emailed them again on June 29th, but no response. I also checked my junk/spam/promotions folders in my email. I tried messaging them on their Instagram social media, but I did not receive help. I tried calling their phone number: ###-###-#### and left a message but still have not received a response.Initial Complaint

I ordered items from the online store, they sizing was way off so opted for store credit. Received store credit and reordered items. Once I receive the items, they didn’t fit again. I opted for store credit to reorder but they didn’t send me the money for one of the items which was approx $34. I have emailed 7 times and left 5 voicemails over the past month. No response ever!!! Then I have left over store credit so I figured I should use it on shoes since the sizing is so off and so that something else doesn’t happen. They sent me my confirmation, said the item had shipped and then cancelled it saying “undeliverable”. This place is out of Utah and I’m in California, there is no way it was undeliverable in minutes within shipping. Best of all, no refund for the $100 spent. So far I’m out about $134 with no product in hand. Please help me with this.Initial Complaint

On August 30th, 2022 I ordered over $200 worth of products from this store and not only did they not deliver any of the products I ordered, they refused to refund me. They offered me $38 of store credit so I wouldn’t bother them anymore. Incredibly scammy and amounts to stealing.Initial Complaint

I reached out to them about 3 products that all fell apart and they did nothing about it. They did not offer a refund or anything except a future 10% off coupon. They have horrible customer service and they should offer a refund for the bad product. It’s the exact same pair of shoes and all have been broken
