              Visionary homes will not fix anything. We live in an HOA and that means that they maintain the outside of our home and ensure things are fixed. We have a power cord running from our power outlet to the utilities that are for 4 homes not just our home. They will not come fix it. It is their responsibility to maintain and fix the outside problems of our home and they need to to fix this so we are not paying for power for other homes in our neighborhood. It is also a fire hazard that an inside extension cord is plugged in outside.

              Great experience. I built my home about 3 years ago and was totally happy throughout the process. Ken, my project manager was always spot on and helpful with everything. He caught problems and had them fixed before I ever knew about them.
