Visionary homes will not fix anything. We live in an HOA and that means that they maintain the outside of our home and ensure things are fixed. We have a power cord running from our power outlet to the utilities that are for 4 homes not just our home. They will not come fix it. It is their responsibility to maintain and fix the outside problems of our home and they need to to fix this so we are not paying for power for other homes in our neighborhood. It is also a fire hazard that an inside extension cord is plugged in outside.

Flooding and Warranty Issues. ***************************  Fix the following for speling and grammar We bought our home from visionary in 2021 we have had a few warranty claims that took quite a while to get fixed but we are pretty laid back so we didn't really mind. This year we had a ton of snow and then a rain. My basement really started to fill up and there was nothing we could really do about it. We had been told when we purchased the home that it would include a sump pump which apparently it did not. Instead it was a sewer pump lift that we thought was a sump pump because 1. Thats what we were told and 2. We could hear water constantly dripping into it and thought it was just doing its job. Surprise was that the pump lift they installed has a crack which means it is pumping ground water just not nearly fast enough and our sewage is likely leaking into the ground water. Needless to say we were flooding like crazy and went around the house to see if we could figure anything out. That's when I remembered this big pipe along the side of our house that our super had told us not to worry about and to just cap. Well we opened it up and I was informed that this was a sump pit (I had never heard that term before this moment) I called visionary and they informed me that the pit had been placed there because the super "thought it might be at risk of flooding" I asked why I hadn't been told that and why they hadn't at least told me to drop a pump down there. Then the deflection started everything wad my fault and visionary was 100 percent blameless. I asked why this feature wasn't on my plans and he referred me to a section. In the contract that basically says we can build however we want even if it doesn't match the plans. I was livid 1. I should have been warned that my home was at risk of flooding 2. Why not install a 400 dollar pump to prevent thousands in damage? Needless to say they have stop communicating with me and have refused to do anything to mine or the 4 other homes that have been damaged. We bought our home from Visionary in 2021. This company does not follow the plans when building your home. They also don’t finish things in your house plans . Column in front of our house was not done right . Still missing the new column. Missing corbels and a overhang shelf we paid for. Grass and sprinklers were not installed correctly. Tiles were broken by construction supervisor. Tiles were fixed wrong. Drywall was repaired wrong. List goes on and on.
