            He built the retaining wall about 18 years ago for the home I purchased in 2014. Two of the rocks rolled out of the wall and another was precarious. I called and asked if he'd come take a look and give me a bid. He kept saying he would but then never showed up, and eventually just ignored my texts. That was my first time being "ghosted." I don't like giving negative reviews but he'd kind of left me no choice. I hope he stands behind his current work, because he didn't want to address his prior work at all.

            Superior Rockwork & Landscaping has always stood behind all worked performed. As Guy mentioned, the retaining wall was originally installed 18 years ago for the original owner of the property has been 15 years out of warranty. Several retaining wall contractors had worked on this project prior to Superior Rockworks. I'm unfamiliar with the circumstances that caused the rocks to shift but, an engineering firm designed and inspected all rock retaining installed by Superior Rockworks and was also passed off by city engineers. I am not sure if the section in question was part to the scope of work performed by Superior Rockworks. Regardless, I was unable to take on any new projects due to my work load at the time and expressed that to Guy. It was my understanding that he had found a contractor to repair the 2 rocks that shifted out of the wall. I assumed the repair had made to the wall as I have not heard anything about it since the last conversation It was never my intention to make you feel "Ghosted".
