Ordered about $20 worth of merchandise from Nails Mailed, who I have purchased from over the years off and on, on Aug. 15. Never received an update. Emailed support on Aug.22 to inquire about order, got a weird email back from “Katie” that said, “sorry. Shipping now.” Sent a tracking number. It’s invalid. Have contacted them every couple of days thru email with order number and info and they will not respond. Sent Instagram DM twice in 24 hours, no response despite it saying they’ve been online. Sent Facebook DM today, no response yet, and there are no FB posts since mid-May so I don’t know if they use it.Initial Complaint

On July 1, 2024 I ordered 4 sets of nail wraps from Nails Mailed. Shipping was free, the order was to Ship 3-4 days later, the total for the order $18.10. To date, I have not received the order. The USPS tracking number provided by the business is unusable. After multiple attempts to communicate with the business about the location of my order, I finally received an email response from them on July 20, 2024 and was told they are "happy to issue a full refund" if my order was not received. On July 30, 2024 I requested a Full Refund of $18.10. I have yet to receive further response or a refund. I don't think businesses should be allowed to take money from consumers without providing goods and/or services.Initial Complaint

I have purchased from this company many times in the past with no issues. This time, however, I am having problems. I placed my order on 7/6/24 and received an email with tracking information on 7/16. The email says a shipping label has been created but USPS is still waiting for the item. Nothing has been updated. I have reached out to Nails Mailed customer service 3 times by email with no response. I am very disappointed.Initial Complaint

Placed an order 7-04-24. Money was withdrawn. Waited a few weeks and asked for tracking number. Separate email came over with tracking number that was showing as invalid. Emailed multiple times again via multiple avenues with no response. I believe they blocked me on their FB page after sharing my experience in comments as I now cannot find their page. I just want my money back at this point.Initial Complaint

Order date 4/21/24 I ordered two top coats and one nail strip. Orders are supposed to be shipped within 5-7 days. Received partial order 5/24. On that date I received 1 top coat and 1 nail strip. I contacted the company that day 5/24 and also 6/1 to inquire about the missing top coat. I had placed an order the month before and the items never shipped - I was able to get my money back, but I would really like my other top coat to be delivered as I like the productInitial Complaint

I purchased nail strips from Nails Mailed on May 10 for $24.02 The site said that they would be mailed via USPS First Class and here is the tracking number provided: ******************************* But no tracking info is provided and I still have not received the nail strips I’ve reached out to the store on instagram and on their website no response. I used a promotional code designed to win me back to order nail supplies on April 26th. It is currently May 21st, and the usps tracking number shows only that a label has been created. I emailed customer service twice. The first time, I got no reply, but I did get a tracking number, about 2 weeks after I placed the order. The second message has not been responded to. It's rather ironic that they claim to ship within 48 hours, since I am still waiting for my order.Initial Complaint

I made a purchase, was charged and received a confirmation of purchase email. Have received nothing so far. One email saying sorry and they would ship out ASAP but did not and have had no communication after even though I’ve reached out through several different means. (Email, Instagram messaging to their page, voicemail).
