on May 20th at 4pm my delivery of cabinets arrived after not being told prior to delivery what time they would arrive I assumed I didnt cover my floors as I assumed they would come a different day and had work meeting when they arrived. After my work meetings were over i went and saw they were not protexting my 2 week old brand new floors and noticed damage. I was very frustrated but they reassured me they would repair and note on recipet for thier office. After that i quickly put in floor mats to cover any further damage. After delivery was over i took photos as my installation didnt happen for 2 weeks post delivery and sent to office May 26-28. I asked for an update via text june 3, june 20, june 28, july 9, july 12 and july 18th. They didn't give me thier flooring repair number until June 2 and the Utah flooring came JUne 12th. After that they were not very responsive and i didnt receive a call about conclusion until july 18th ont he flooring decision where the owner said it was the installers fault per their photos from delivery. I asked for the photos from delivery as i watched the entire delivery and they only took photos of the cabinet boxes not the floor. Still waiting for this evidence. They also made the conclusion based of Utah flooring assessor so I contacted them July 18th at 10am and they said it wasnt their decision at all. Due to the receipt evidence the time inbetween and location of marks i will be pursuing action as this was against what was mentioned at delivery and on phone records from Alejandro saying they would take care of it.Initial Complaint

They started a job and have been fully paid. Completely new cabinets in kitchen. This was two and a half months ago. They have not finished the job nor do they want to solve any of the issues they created. The cabinets are very poor quality and paint chips off. Something needs to be done m. Can you please help? Order date June 23, 2022. Today is August 17 2022. I order 17 cabinets for a condo I moved into. They told me it would be 3 weeks to install, so had the old cabinets removed which means no plumbing. Here we are going on 2 months. They measured installed 14 cabinets, but measured wrong 3 cabinets by 5 inches, big mistake. Since I don't have all the cabinets installed I can't get countertops, which means no plumbing. They PROMISED ME they would RUSH ship them so I would get the correct cabinets today. I just talked to them and they have no idea when the correct cabinets will come. Broken promises again! Also, the installer they use is a contractor. He says he's going to find another cabinet company to work for because all the clients complain about them. Some of them never get their order completed. Go look at the reviews.Initial Complaint

March 23, 2022 - 70% down required - $4199 spent. We were quoted to have these delivered by 04/22/2022. We didn't receive our cabinets until 05/25/2022 when the rest of the charges were made $1799. When they were delivered they were scratched, chipped paint and uneven and unlevel in some of the doors. As of this writing (June 27, 2022) we've been requesting a refund since they were delivered. We purchased cabinets to remodel our kitchen at the end of march. We informed the salesperson that we would be on vacation the month of April. We were told that the job would be finished by the first week of May. We were informed after our return that cabinets were back ordered. Here we are mid June, and our cabinets are still not installed. We paid cash for it. They already have our money and We don’t have cabinets. After the cabinets came, some were bigger, they were short on moldings, etc etc etc. the installer gave excuses why he couldn’t come to our home to install whatever cabinets we had (flat tire, grandma sick….yes, they sound funny excuses but those were the excuses we were given) we got put at the end of the line. Week after week, after week. Long story short, we haven’t had a home meal for 2 months. We are the ones that had to make phone calls, coordinate the installer with his boss etc…..PLEASE, WHOEVER READS THIS, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They have our money and we don’t have cabinets installed!
