I am environmental sensitive citizen. I read carefully our city's weekly recycling info. I received flier from Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling saying they recycle metal aluminum and plastic bottle. This is also said in their website. ***************************************** . However, last week the driver claimed they do not recycle metal and refused to empty my blue recycle bin. I called their office and it was taken two days later. Today the driver retaliated. He got down his truck, told me they do not take plastic bottles, but he marked down as glass in his violation sheet. I request the management send out the truck to empty my blue bin immediately and apologize. And make training available. Retaliation is not a good practice of the society. or because I am a colored people? that's more serious.Initial Complaint

The City of Salt Lake and Wasatch Front Waste and Recycling District can't come to a reasonable agreement so now those of us who live in Mt.Haven and Cardiff Fork who pay FULL PRICE for trash removal not only don't get a dumpster but now we have to drive almost 5 miles to deliver our own garbage to over flowing dumpsters due to the lack of refuse capacity.Initial Complaint

I would like a credit back from Wasatch Front Recycle and Waste for 1 week of missed blue recycling can pickup. The pickup date was Tuesday, 12/28, and the can was out on the curb ready for pickup from 10pm on Monday, 12/27, until tonight at 5:45pm, Friday, 12/31. I contacted them 3 times this week since Tuesday to tell them that they missed our recycle can and was assured twice that it would be picked up that next day. I don't feel that I should have to pay for a service that they have failed to provide for the week. We are automatically billed quarterly and I would like a credit on my next bill subtracting out 1 week of what it costs me for the blue recycling can pickup.
