      My sister booked a stay at this HOTEL for a week. We already confirmed that this hotel was pet friendly. She also informed the front desk associate (male) about her dog He said that it was okay so up until today is when she got a call from an older woman yelling at her to come to the front desk right now to pay the dog fee. The lady was not at all calm. SHE WAS YELLING AT MY SISTER THE WHOLE TIME. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RACIST!!! My sister called me and while the lady was yelling at my sister the lady said you people are all liars! Emphasis on the you people. This so-called business needs to be CLOSED DOWN!! My sister was talking to this lady in a calm manner and she just kept yelling and yelling. We told the rude old lady that the associate that checked my sister in knew about her having a dog and they said it was fine and that if we knew there was a pet fee we would have paid it. When we said that, the lady yelled even more saying how my sister was trying to hide the dog EVEN THOUGH SHE ALREADY INFORMED THE ***** DESK ASSOCIATE AND HE SAID THAT IT WAS FINE THAT SHE JUST PAY THE REGULAR $100 DEPOSIT (not including the dog fee). So my sister calls my mom who made the reservation for her and the lady is trying to grab my sisters phone from her hand and when my sister told that old lady that she will hold her OWN PHONE she got EVEN MORE HYSTERICAL AND STARTED CUSSING MY SISTER OUT. MY FAMILY AND I HEARD THIS WHOLE CON*****ATION. So once my sister started defending herself since she was being VERBALLY ABUSED AND RACIALLY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST the lady called the cops on her and told my sister GET YOUR S*** OUT OF THE ROOM AND VACATE THE PREMISES this lady needs to be OUT OF A JOB. So while my sister is cleaning out her stuff, two other male employees WALK OUT ALL THE WAY TO THE PARKING LOT AND START HARASSING MY SISTERs BOYFRIEND TELLING HIM IF HE HAS A PROBLEM. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP!!!!!!! I have reached the limit on words so please help.

      Violated Americans with Disabilities Act upon check in requiring me to provide proof of my service animal. Being I have Autism & PTSD & was recently in a car accident leaving me w/ 3 concussions & left bodily injuries it was very upsetting to have to make another trip to get my dog's certificate. My friend booked the room for me & it was to be close to $142.00 & was paid by $160.00 cash & given changed. We were blindsided to also be told we also needed to pay a $100.00 cash deposit directed the lobby ATM to receive room key. Put on the spot & with storm & no refund left us obligated to pay, luckily my friend spotted me that $100.00 too. Rest of 5/5/2024 evening went okay. The stay was check-in 5/5/24 with the check-out of 5/7/24. 5/6/2024 around 11am I came down after waking took my service dog to relieve him and started to head back to the room when a woman started yelling from behind the counter asking me what room I was in and my id. My service dog is trained for my Autism & PTSD & is a Psychological Service Animal, being she scared the living hell out of me my dogs is to see a persons face and determine if she was a "safe person" or a "threat". She kept telling me i was not allowed to have him & mandated I show her the badge I have on his poop bags lanyard my dogs knows my heart rate was in a panicked state & to show her what I know I do not bublaw have to but I wanted to show good faith & my character. She caused me to lock my key in the room to again retrieve my dogs certificate & said there was not longer any problem. 5/7/2024 at about 8:20 is woke up because my dog needed to relieve himself. Half asleep I took last step into the lobby and a man starts yelling at me to pick my stuff & check out & not ever again permitted to stay because he and the woman from the day before are scared of the my dog. (Everything was recorded) I asked why only to get told lies that customers complained. I replied they fearing my dog is not a legitimate reason to refuse service
