    I was quoted $9800 to move my house out of west bountiful Utah to Georgia. The estimators said that it would all fit in one truck despite me telling him several times that it has never fit in one truck before. He said that they have bigger trucks and it will all fit. About a month before we were ready to have our stuff sent to Georgia I got a text from the owner of the company stating that my new quote is now $22,000 because our stuff will not fit in one truck. I had them bring out one trucks worth of stuff not at $9800 but $12,000. My husband and I went back to Utah and retrieved the rest of our belongings. As we have been going through our things we have noticed there is about $1000 worth of belongings missing

    Dont use them! They seem nice and will damage your home and belongings if they even show up. The receptionist ******* was super thorough but the good experience ended there. On the day of the move **** texted that the guys were running late and would be there about 12 noon. They were scheduled to be there by ****. They showed up closer to 1 with 2 men for a job I was quoted for 3-4 guys for. They had already moved another family even though I booked a month out and should have been the only job for this crew that day. The receptionist said they would cover all floors, but they had nothing to cover them with. The poor guys. I know the manager only scheduled the 2 of them on a 3-4 man job, knowing they couldnt do it. At 8:30 pm, they informed me that the rest couldnt fit even though the inventory list included all of my large items. My floors were covered with mud, water, leaves. My yard was torn up where they trampled the muddy lawn while loading the truck. There were wrappers from their dinner in the basement bedroom on the floor. When they tried to start the truck, the battery was dead and they had no cables and couldnt find the battery. After unloading my own car to get the cables and googling to find the battery, we got it running. At the new house, they made me pay them before unloading but the rate per hour was higher than it was originally quoted and included their 2nd dinner break and the time to get the truck running. At the new house, they slid or rolled boxes down the basement stairs and put things in the garage we told them did not belong in there. They finished at ****. They scratched floors in both houses. They joked that they tell people the truck is full so they can get done earlier. The manager **** was disrespectful when we asked for a discount for the breakdown.**** had no intention of treating the crew or his customer properly. They charged 30% more than quoted. Dont use this company. I hope the employees *** for break time violations.
