FYI: The owner of ma&paws bakery is named Megan. Transaction date 3/29/23. Amount paid $18.99. Product: nuleaf naturals cbd oil. Upon opening the box to this product, we found that the bottle inside that should contain the cbd product, was completely empty/never filled with product. We called ma&paws bakery and told them. However, they stated, that they couldn't refund us back our $18.99 and to contact the manufacture,nuleaf naturals. So, we contacted nuleaf naturals. They stated that it's the store's (ma&paws bakery's) responsibility to refund us back the $18.99, since the purchase was made there. So, we called ma&paws bakery back and told them that nuleaf natural said it's their (ma&paws bakery's) responsibility to refund us back the $18.99, since the purchase was made with them. Ma&Paws Bakery responded with a continued refusal, to refund us back our $18.99, stating it was because, "the owner would have to eat the $18.99 cost." So, basically, through no fault of our own, Ma&Paws Bakery sold us a box with an empty/dry, never filled bottle inside, for $18.99, with us believing we were purchasing product where the bottle inside, had the expected content, of cbd oil. And then, refusing to give us our $18.99 back/refund. Resolution: we ask for this business owner to be responsibile and do the right thing, by refunding us back our $18.99.
