On April 27, 2023, I received an order from wallpaper warehouse.com. On May 1, 2023. I requested a return authorization. I was provided a number through a customer service rep via email and told to mail my return at my own expense directly to the manufacturer within 60 days in order to receive a refund. I was assured they would be notified when the return was received, and my refund would be issued, less a restocking fee that would be waived if I placed another order. I spoke with customer service several times as I ordered various samples. They were very friendly and helpful. Once I made my new selection, I shipped back the original product on June 8, 2023 directly to the manufacturer as instructed. I emailed my customer service rep to let her know. Disappointed when she did not respond I tried calling and checking the website. The website has been taken down and the phone number has been disconnected. I tried calling Brewster Wallcoverings as well, the manufacturer, and they suggested a file a BBB claim. I would like both my refund and my shipping costs refunded.Initial Complaint

I ordered several samples of wallpaper from this business. After careful consideration, I chose a particular wallpaper and ordered 6 rolls from this business. When my installer went to put it up, he stopped after 2 panels because it was not lining up correctly and was not looking right. I contacted Wallpaper Warehouse since I purchased from them about (1) returning the unopened rolls and (2) wanting to discuss the opened rolls and my installer's belief that they are defective. Initially someone named Heidi North communicated with me on how to return the unopened rolls and that I would need to contact the manufacturer about the opened rolls. Then, as I started asking to start a return on the unopened rolls, they stopped communicating. I have sent 4 unanswered emails.Initial Complaint

Order product online and the description of the item was inaccurate and not correct. The day I recieved the item, I called the vendor to let them know that the item description was not accurate and I wanted to return the items. They informed me that I would have to pay to ship the items back and pay a 10% restocking fee. I informed them that I wasn't going to pay the 10% fee because the item description was not accurate. They told me it was my fault for not ordering a sample first and told me I was rude. They finally agreed to waive the 10%, once I pay out of pocket to return the items and then i have to wait up to 2 weeks for my money back after they recieve the items back . I feel they are guilty of false advertising and need to stand by the products and descsriptions on their site. Awful company.
