The customer has had online access to make her payments. The payment platform changed and directed to a new website which she had to re-register for to make payments online. Which is how to makes her monthly payment. She did reach out to us for us to take a payment but her card was locked and we had to wait for her to respond back when it was unlocked. This is not our responsibility or fault.
