I went to this lady named Monica G***** or (S*******) I’m not sure what her last name is. She does hair extensions. So I had her install them into my hair in May of 2022.She has done my hair fine the first time. So i did go back to her house. But this time my hair started to fall out with the extensions. So I had messaged her and told her what was going on. She told me to go back to her house on Tuesday, August 16. So I did. I showed her where the hair was falling out. Which was quite a few spots. She dismissed it and said it was fine. She said my hair needed a touch up. So she continued to dye it and add more hair. It turned out to be a complete different color and length. She charged me a total of $850. Today August 17, I messaged her and asked her for a refund. She said she will not refund me any money. She mentioned she could try to fix my hair. I asked if her if i could please see her license before she does anything to my hair just to be safe. She is now denying to do any work to my hair or the refund. She told me she had license and then she said she didn’t. So I am just very confused.
