0 stars if I could give them one. Avoid at all costs! Their plumber ***** quoted me $710 to replace a hose bib!!!? The job would only take about 30 minutes to swap out with the right tools. So, for 30 minutes of time, and a $50 hose bib part, this company wanted to charge my elderly mother $710!!!? I asked for a breakdown of costs. How much of the $710 quote was for labor and how much was parts? ***** refused to give me an itemized breakdown for the quote? What kind of business does that? Answer: An unreputable one.Plus, Big Brothers home services charged my Mom $43 to come out for a quick 10 minute assessment and to give us an insane bid? I asked ***** how often people reject their bid. He refused to tell me. I have a strong suspicion that is how this company makes their money, but giving insane bids in the hope you either pay their crazy bid, or decide not to do it and they make a quick $43 for not doing anything...When I told ***** that $710 was too much to replace a hose bib, ***** tried to negotiate with me? How much did you want to pay to do the hose bib replacement??? WTF?Well, I don't do business with companies that are scummy and unreputable and give insane bids like this. Not sure where all the good reviews came from. They must be fake reviews. I won't ever use Big Brothers Home Services, and I am going to tell everyone I know to stay away from them! You have been warned!!!!
