Went for my schedule appointment at the office. Paid with my credit card, they have no card reader the lady writes down my credit card number. She later goes to process the credit card. This card is issued from United Healthcare. She wrote down the wrong number of the card which returned as a bad card. I can't control what she writes down. The card rejected she calls me asking for the number. Informed her the card on a cruise with my wife. I informed her I have a appointment next week will take care of it then. She charged me $35 for return card when it was her fault writing the card number down. I feel it was totally wrong on her part not mine. This very wrong to pay for her mistake. She charges me $35 each for two appointments and $35 for return card fee which was very wrong on her part. I wrote her a check for $105 How can she charge me for her mistake? Thank you ***** ****
