      I dropped of my printer to be fixed. I was notified it was complete and responded I would be by in a week or two to pick it up. When I got there, the entire business was closed and moved. They have not replied to any of my requests to get my printer back. It appears they closed permanently and decided to keep my printer. It is a $600 printer and I want it back. You don’t get to keep all the product and not respond just because you closed your store.

      customer was emailed and texted in October 2023 about the printer being ready for pick up.

      The printer was dropped off the last week of September. Customer did not reach make out till December 29th after we sent emails and texts no reply...

      we held on to the printer for 3 months and customer was refunded their $50 deposit. Printer was then donated to a school

      Responsibility to Pick Up Devices

      All devices and items must be picked up no later 90 days after completion of repair and notification to the customer. Any items left in Imagine That 3D’s possession after 30 days is considered surrendered and property of Imagine That 3D. After 90 days, Imagine That 3D will consider your equipment abandoned and may dispose of your equipment in accordance with applicable law. You agree to hold Imagine That 3D LLC harmless for any damage or claim for the abandoned property (as stated in the signed work order every customer receives before the repair process is initiated), which we may discard or recycle at our sole discretion 30 days from customer being notified that your product has been serviced.

      We are not a storage company if your item is still held and available after 90 days you may be subject to fee's for storage. If cost were not made up for work completed on an item that was not picked up and abandoned you may be subject to pay the difference owed

      I am rejecting this response because: you said items not picked up in 90 days are subject to be disposed of. I attempted to pick up up within that time period. I let you know I would be picking up the printer and drove to your shop to pick it up well within the 90 day window. The entire store was cleaned out. You cant move locations and not answer any of my corrispondants and then claim it was abandoned. You can see from the dates included in my response below that you did not wait the 90 days. 

      Additionally, I responded to the notification that it was ready requesting details about a service I had requested. I was not responded to on that. 

      Send my signed agreement that you claim I signed as well as the stated policy. Either way, you did not stick to the 90 day agreement.

      Invoice Number: *** Date: 11.1.2022 Terms: Paid In Full in Advance Item: Snapmaker Artisan 3-in-1 3D Printer with Enclosure Total: $2899.00 Ordered a 3D Printer (Snapmaker Artisan 3-in-1) from Imagine That 3D. Was promised delivery in January 2023. They never delivered the unit. I kept calling, they promised many things like complimentary filament, set up service assistance. Final straw was when I called in May, when I was promised the unit in mid-May (Was told that the ship from China was at the port and being unloaded then would drop ship directly to our shop). Finally, canceled the order and was promised a refund. They sent a tracking number for the check but when you look up the tracking, it says label created but never shipped. I have an email from July 5th that the check would be shipped out same day. It is July 20th and no check. I have also repeatedly asked that there be no re-stocking fee since they never had the printer in their stock. They never shipped the printer. Therefore, no re-stocking was involved. They lied about every even ordering the printer for our company. They never shipped the check. I am requesting a full refund of $2,899. Total Scam!
