      I bought solar panels on my ogden home in 2015... they have been great , recently our renters said there is an arc and the panels aren't working... this happened once before, I called, they fixed it, because it's under warranty... this time I called and no one answers.. it's a disconnected number. The website says temporarily closed. I don't know what to do to get a hold of them so I can get my panels fixed and working.... I paid $30,000 for them and they said they are guaranteed for 25 years. It hasn't even been 10. Please help me. I am wondering if they went out of business or got bought out. If so that info would be nice to know .

      Have tried calling and emailing and am unable to get any answers. We have an error on our panel that needs to be cleared by a technician.

      System not producing as promised from GO Solar Salesman and my contract The installers told me to switch the Solar Breaker on when Rocky Mountain Power installed the Net Meter, I did this, but did not understand how the system worked and I was also traveling for my job at the time. Because of this I could not see the production of the panels producing power. The monitor system was installed wrong but I did not know it was installed wrong. Then Covid-19 hit and the country was shut down and I forgot about everything until July 2022. In that time we became really sick with Covid so everything was put on hold. I lost my job and could not work because of Covid. When I was able to start looking at the Solar production again it was in June of 2022 and started to investigate and learn about Solar Production. I now understand how it is supposed to run and it was not producing as promised from GO Solar Salesman and my contract. Next I got a hold of Go Solar and Go Solar in Florida called me back. I told them my system was not producing enough power for my house and wanted to add more panels. TJ Fields a salesman out of Florida sent the Proposal. While going over it he noticed that I had some issues with my original system. He had me take a picture of a few power bills and send them to him. He said I should be producing more power than bills were reflecting. He also talked to his boss which also said there was an issue with my system. I sent more pictures to him of the breaker box and the inverter. He told me that he would forward all information to the Utah Office and someone from there would get a hold of me. This was August 12,2022. By August 16th and 17th I did not here from anyone from the Utah office. So I texted TJ again and said they were not able to find me in their system, so I sent him pictures of the contract and he would forward them to the Utah office. By August 25, 2022, still have not heard from anyone from Go Solar.

      We purchased panels. They were installed. We had the ability to see the panels production and the charge on the battery through our phones. It stopped working last year. We called the company repeatedly, often no one answered the first of many calls but eventually they said we needed to contact a different company for service issues. When I called that company today, they have no record of my account. They are trying to find more information for us. The Go Solar Group number is disconnected, and no one seems to be able to reach them.

      Go Solar Group installed our solar panel system back in 2018 and everything has been great for the past few years, but we started having issues with the power grid which randomly stopped working this past mid-October. Normally the SMA energy app tracks current energy production, but no longer works even after several re-install and power grid restarts. I don't really know what we are producing, but the power bill has been higher than usual over the past few months. I called Go Solar at the beginning of November for some help checking out our system, only to be informed that they only do installs and contract with Titan Solar for all repairs. I then contacted Titan Solar and they asked who installed our system. Once I told them Go Solar Group, their tone completely changed and was told that they would have to call me back the next week. The call back never came, so I left a message with The Go Solar Group about the issues and asked if they could as least walk me through some tests over the phone and I even messaged them on Facebook messenger and they've completely ignored my requests with no reply. I've seen a lot of bad reviews about Go Solar Group lately and can't believe it's the same friendly company that I remember years ago. Sad that you invest tens of thousands of dollars into an investment such as this and then there is no support when you need it. Such a disappointment this company has become.

      We called Go Solar Group before the install date to cancel the install. Go Solar Group still came out and installed the panels while no one was home. We have has continued issues with our panels. They do not work most of the time. The last time we had a tech come out he said we had a whole section out and not working, when he left he said he would come back with what he needed to fix them. after a month of not seeing anyone come back out, we called go solar group and they said we don't have any issues with our panels, that their tech was wrong. Ive been paying between $200 and $300 a month power bills on top of both solar panel loans. Now my panels say there is a circuit issue and the system will re-set in 30 seconds, only to count down and restart the whole process. we are beyond frustrated. we just want the panels gone and our money back.

      I have purchased a solar system from Go Solar Group in 2019 along with two Tesla PowerWalls. The Gateway for the Tesla PowerWalls is disconnecting from the network daily causing my production to stop. Resetting the Gateway does not always resolve the issue. Speaking with Tesla, Go Solar Group needs to come out and troubleshoot the gateway but when I call, I am redirected to a different company that just wants to take my credit card info and does not do anything to send someone out to fix the issue.
