I purchased a car from Wasatch Auto Group in 2013. Just a couple months after having the vehicle we ended up having to take it to get repaired for a few issues that were starting to happen on the car if you contact Wasatch auto group we pretty much took the car there almost every other weekend having to repair stuff on it first it was a AC unit which we specifically requested when purchasing a car and the radio without they give us a new radiator than that went out. Than issues with the starter haven’t started happening and then the horn went out they keep having to replace the horn things just started breaking in that car. Fact even in the first month tires blew. We knew them all on a first name basis every time that we went in there because we were in there so much repair in the vehicle anyways later down the road in 2014 ended up breaking down I ended up contacting them and telling them to come pick up the car stop making the payments because I told him come pick up the car it’s dead broke down on the side of the road or me and my children were sitting and had to wait for some to come pick us up. They kept calling me and asking me for payments and I kept telling him where the car is to go pick it up stop the payment later down the road I started getting Harassing letters from aspire auto credit wanted me to pay for the car that I no longer have that broke down this is a $7000 and they want. Hi for a few years now I’ve been making payments on it I still owe quite a bit of money on it. I know that when you take out a loan that you are responsible for paying off the loan because they paid for the car but dealing with a business they should be checking the the business is there purchasing cars from almost all the reviews of always complained about cars breaking down and issues with the cars later down the road. Contacted business to dispute transactions that were not made by me. Informed company that I do not have a card with them. I was told that I would get a call back from a supervisor on 3 different occasions and have not received a call. After filing a previous BBB complaint with the company, they closed the entire fraud case & deemed me responsible when this is a clear case of identity theft that has been going on for 8 months. If the company does not fix this I will have to take legal action to have my credit corrected. I have not had any issues with my credit card companies at all.
