The shortest version Is, I use this ride service for medical appointment through my health insurance, I have had to switch ride services several times because I have asked them not to send one driver who makes me feel uncomfortable and unsafe while driving. The more I have complained the more I have moved and switched companions the more this particular driver insist and the ride service insist on sending him to be my driver. I have a grievance against the two services and have tried to get other accommodations and I have tried to work things out internally with the company and it's still an issue with them sending him only this one driver to be my driver. It's not a big safety concern and messing with my mental health and I have asked repeatedly to get them to stop. My doctors and other health care providers have also asked them to stop sending this driver because it hurts and messes with my treatments yet they still send him and give him access to all my info. despite my efforts to change it and keep it from him. this is a big issue and puts me at risk. I don't trust the ride service to keep me safe and I don't trust the company to keep there word. the biggest issue I face is feeling safe and having a ride to my doctor and other medical appointments in which i have canceled all due to the ride service I feel trapped and upset that I can't use this service in which i desperately need for appointments. I have been emotionally and physically upset by this ride service and it's caused me a lot of undo stress and ptsd that is un called for all because they wont accommodate in not sending me one driver. I feel ignored and sad for others who might be going through similar experiences. I hate not trusting a system that I am supposed to trust and I feel a system that is transporting people in there most fragile state should care more. This is not okay and has been an issue since 2021 or around there and still happened up to this weekend. please anything you can do to help fix or get better things in place for safety would be appreciated. as well as I want all my records from this company of all the history of rides and complaints i have made for my own records . thanks for your time.
