Humana sent me a letter dated 10/26/2023 stating that my pcp visit on 4/13/2023 was billed incorrectly. According to this letter, it stated I am responsible for a coinsurance of $77.83 even though my insurance plan covers PCP visits at 100%. Kelly from Humana attempted to reach the billing dept on 10/26/2023 at this clinic and left a voicemail. I also left a voicemail with billing on 10/26. Nobody from billing called back. I also filed a fraud complaint with Humana since the inaccurate billing was repetitive with numerous visits. According to my insurance plan, both the provider and the clinic are within network. There are many other visits that inaccurately show I have a coinsurance and this needs to be correctly billed by the clinic.
