I paid over$11,000 for sprinkler system to be installed 2021. We had secondary water to be added summer 2022.When that was added they came back and hooked up. Asked it is was done so no secondary water cold mix with culinary, told yes. had leaks and upon having it checked out it was not as I was told. it could have mixed easily. Mr H****** would not return my calls or letters, I had to hire another contractor to come, check for safety and had to redo that full part and fix the leaks in the back. The cost to repair was $3689.14. I sent a certified letter to company requesting refund. no response. letter sent October 14, 2022 and it was signed for. no response. would like to get the payment for the amount we paid out. The company was very rude and vulgar and would not address any of the issues I requested. I feel that our health could have been in serious jepordy because of their negligence. the system is now where it will pass code and lines are separate so that mixing can not occur. I think this could have been solve had Mr. H****** got with me and had the could have done that properly and fixed the leaks and replaced valves that were leaking. the last time his employee was here I was actually ready to call 911 due to the attitude of his employee and his actions and verbal abuse. from what employee stated Mr H****** had the same abusive language so I feel it is better to have him pay me for what we had to pay the second contractor and not have him return. System is now operating properly . We were very pleased with the first part of the job It was the last that was not acceptable.
