This is a car wash, not staffed. The automated car wash selector won't accept money. The wipe vending machine accepts money but gives no product. The posted phone number is not working. All in all a bad and frustrating experience. Recommend the operator fix the systems or close up shop as a desceptive practice.Business response

Let me start off by saying that I'm sorry that your experience at my car wash was not the best. I have been in business for 20 years, and this is my first BBB complaint.
To respond to your complaints, I will say:
First, this is a self serve car wash and there is no attendant. Although I am there almost every day of my life, I do not live there.
Second, the posted phone # is absolutely 100% correct and has been for about 25 years. It is the same phone # that the BBB used to contact me, and the same phone # that I used to call **************. My phone record shows no calls from **************, or any other missed calls for that matter. I always answer my phone, voicemail and texts. I always make arrangements to meet people at the car wash to make it right when they have had problems. I have been know to spend $5.00 in gas to refund $1.00. I don't have a problem taking care of my customers when they call, and I will tell all of them thank you for calling, because I cannot fix it if I don't know it's broken.
Third, the automatic car wash is accepting money and working as it should, it worked fine for myself and 2 other customers that were there during the time I was there. If you were having a problem, all you had to do was call.
Fourth, all of the vending machines are working properly. But, they are vending machines. Like all vending machines they will get jammed up, or reject quarters. When I arrived, there were 2 quarters in the change return where the products are dispensed. I assume that these were from **************, although he said there was nothing in there. I will respectfully disagree. And again, if you were having problems, all you had to do was call.
As you can see, I did reach out to **************. He said he couldn't meet me at the time, so I told him to let me know when it was convenient for him.
