I bought a Palomino **** from Bishs salt lake. It was 6 months old and a few thousand cheaper because it was used. The salesman told me they were going to replace the roof actuators. Also that it was under factory warranty. They did not replace them, but they told me they worked perfect. They all blew up a month later. The water pump was also broken and the rear door handle broke. I do not live by a dealer. I contacted bishs and they were going to send me the parts. Then forest river ****** got involved and told us that I had to have an Rv mechanic fix it or my warranty would be void. So I paid $570 to a Mobil mechanic to come fix it. It took a month to get the parts and get it fixed. Now Bishs and forest river are saying I dont have a warranty! And they arent paying for the repairs! The actuators are a known problem! ****** is an idiot and gave me the run around for a week. I want my $570 back.Business response

Mr. ******** is correct. We have followed up with Forest River and Forest River Warranty is reimbursing ******************** the requested amount for the repair. We are ready to assist ******************** any way possible to resolve this according to his request.Customer response
