We bought a new 2023 Palomino camper from Bish's RV (******************** in *************** City) on 3/18/23. I have listed below some of the issues we encountered since we purchased the camper:We were told to remove the rubber bedliner that was already in the bed of the truck, and they would replace it with a new rubber mat that fits between the camper and truck bed and keeps the camper from sliding around. We did that. When my husband turned into our driveway, he felt the camper slide. He found that it was metal to metal - no mat had been installed. We called them immediately. They tried to claim that they never did this. They added a 4' mat, which isn't nearly long enough - left gouges in the truck bed, so we replaced it ourselves. The tie-downs were 2.5" too long. We fixed that too. We didn't want the ** that was mounted near the bed. We asked to remove the ** and have the cabinet door put back on for more storage. They agreed to this. When we picked it up, it hadn't happened. They said they couldn't find a cabinet door. They didn't bother to tell **, they just threw a damaged box on the bed with the ** in it - didn't even install it.The towel holders and toilet paper holder were also tossed on the bed - not installed. The title/registration was written up ONLY in my husband's name, even though I was more than clear that this was not to happen - this isn't ****. I have a picture of the contract showing where my name was penciled in after the fact. We had to go to the *** and have the title changed.No stabilizer arms on the 8' patio awning. Again, they tried to deny it. We did win this battle and had them shipped to **. My husband installed them himself. No sewer hose. They state that they camper is ready to go off the lot, but this just wasn't the case. Very poor customer service, and little to no experienced help that knows anything about RVs. No reasonable care. Once you sign the contract, they are done with you. BEWARE.

The only positive comment I have is ******* was absolutely amazing to work with. When we first found the unit we wanted they were awesome and worked with us on what we wanted. But The run around began quickly and the dealership was ridiculous. It took us just shy of 3 weeks to finally be able to pick the trailer up. The dealership scheduled a remote signing with us for a Wednesday at noon, We never got a call. Turned out the signing was actually for the next day (Thursday). We waiting 45 minutes for the call just to be told that we cant do the signing more than 3 days before our scheduled pick up. (There were multiple things that needed to be fixed which pushed the pick up day more than 3 days out). We did a walk through on our new trailer Saturday 1/22/22 and pointed out any damages & things that we wanted fixed which they agreed too fix. Fast Forward to our scheduled pick up day Friday 2/5/22. We were scheduled to do a final walk through at 2pm. The tech who worked on our trailer & that was scheduled to do our walk through was doing another orientation with someone else. They then threw it on a tech who was amazing but has never even stepped foot in our trailer and knew NOTHING about it. We were told the trailer would be detailed and cleaned before this time. Which it was not it was absolutely disgusting inside even the tech was extremely embarrassed of how this unit looked. It took us 3 hours when we got it home to get this unit cleaned. During this walk through we found The adjustable bed does not work & We found THREE new rips in the floor in the living area that were not there during our first walk through on 1/22/22, we assumed they got there when the service **** replaced the flooring in the bathroom due to a soft spot. The tech brought the sales manager out just for us to be blamed for these scratches & for us to be told "You bought the trailer with those there" Thank god we had video proof of our very first walk through on 1/22/22 that those rips were n
