I have lived here for about six years and have paid my rent on time and even have a credit since I’ve over paid anytime it came to an issue and complain to management. They either never fixed a problem or would come into my apartment take no and again problem is still never get fixed. I have complained about them in the past and because I complain to the BBB they jumped and did some thing, but it was only two get their rating off of the BBB to not be BAD. Unfortunately I have to get section 42 to be able to afford my rent although I pay close to $900 for rent and because of this they require my pay stubs which for this year I complied and sent them nine paystub’s which they were not satisfied with when they asked for more I sent them more and today they gave me an eviction notice if I didn’t comply to send them even more. About a week ago i has no heat or hot water and told them about this. I even gave them times to be able to come into my apartment so I could be there because I do have a dog and I wanted the dog to be out of their way they did not set up a time with me and I went a week without hot water or a heater. When I asked for an update, they completely ignored me and asked for more paystub’s finally, I asked them to fix my heat again, and they gave me an excuse that they were too busy to come in to my apartment to get my heat fixed. I left work early to be home to get my dog out of their way and what could of been fixed in 5 min took them a week to get to. Today I came home to a comply or vacate notice because they wanted the paystubs that I had already sent them. It’s unfortunate that when I asked for something to be done, they don’t complain in a timely manner, but when they need something they threatened with eviction.
