  I don't know where to begin. Lied to so many times. Services advertised not provided. Told that the cost of services would be less than 1/2 of what they ended up being. Hired this company based on lies. This private investigative firm i hired for only 3 weeks. Only one of the things they said they would get done ever got done. They provided a service as part of overall service. Was quoted that this would be "no more than 400$". When got final invoice, that part of the total was over 900$. I call this company last year to complain, was lied to as to who I was talking to. Was told I was talking to accounting department but the lady later admitted that she was the one who originally sold me the services and initially lied to me. They were to do servailance on someone. Usually they are the ones that get background info, but that is something i provided to them. The address, automobiles, license plates etc., are all things I provided to them. They attempted to place monitoring devices 3 times. in 3 weeks. Thats it. Nothing ever got done. The total for all of this was what, 4,100. Now in collections at 4,800? for what? what got done. next to nothing. They did no do what they agreed to, at the told amount that was told to me. Had I known any of this i would never have hired them. I will be filing a complain with the AG in Utah next. I would have filed this sooner however the last year have been dealing with some significant family matters, severe illness etc., and this has been on the back burner.

  Hired this company to only do a gps tracker. I specifically stated I didn’t want or need background, any surveillance., I provided them with some of the details of the cars, the addresses, the license plates. They did some . Pulled some dmv report on a **** ******* and charged 100$ for that? I never authorized any of that. Had I known that any of this I would cost near what was for nothing getting done I would have not hired them. I was concerned about the distance from Ogden, was assured they had an agent in salt lakex. But was charged for 2 hrs drive time for them to do surveillance for .5 hrs time. In two weeks time they attempted what, twice to place gps on cars. 1.5 -3 hrs of surveillance time attempting to do the only one thing I hired them to dk. And it never got done. I was qutoed a specific price/amount for them to go through house and cars to identify any trackers, was told “no more than 400$. I get the statement and it’s more than double that. How I was talked to when comlaining, lied to, mislead and treated was the worst experience from a busines. Could not believe it. I was mislead on who I was talking to. Was told “this is accounting department calling to discuss payment on services. And when I started complaining about the sales rep that mislead me, flat out lied, she never discard that it was her that I was talking to….withheld that information until the very very end of the call…when she tried to use that as a bullet point “Scott, I was the one that said that, I know what you were quoted”., when all along, was intentionally mislead to believe I was talking to someone else. I will be filing a complaint with the attorney generals, as they sent this to collections agency and will now be effecting my credit. Had I know any of this would have cost even 1/4 of this, I woyld have said no thanks as I didn’t have that kind of money for this. This was awful. Owner lost his License to do this in utah I heard.
