I unfortunately found this business before my wedding. I ordered a diamond dust mens ring. It came with a long list of things you're not able to do while wearing the ring which includes washing your hands. The ring was extremely scratched after only 1 week of very gentle wear. It took 3 weeks to get any kind of 'resolution ' which was them telling me they are not going to do anything about their poorly constructed product and I could just pay to send it into the company for polishing every other week for the rest of my life so it didn't look damaged. They will not accept an exchange, return, and offer nothing other than their terrible product. I wish I never found this company. They should be ashamed of their product durability and their awful customer service!

We understand that you are frustrated and also are sorry for the delays you have had in working with us. As our employee has stated we have been short staffed. We are a very small company and sadly during flu season this can effect us more than we had wanted. In regards to our product we however stand by our craftsmanship. We work to include the special care requirements in every listing so that you have the opportunity to read this prior to purchasing. I will include below.CARE GUIDELINES Mens/Unisex Rings Because many of our rings have natural materials in them (such as wood, antler, etc.) they do require more care than a traditional solid gold wedding band. We recommend you remove your ring for:- Any water exposure (including hand washing)- Using household chemicals, hand sanitizer, or any other harsh chemicals - Any manual labor - Anything that might incur impact damage such as hitting your ring on hard surfaces or dropping it Engagement Rings - Remove your ring for any manual labor (especially anything that includes gripping items tightly such as furniture, free weights, etc.)- Remove your ring when using cosmetics, household chemicals, hand sanitizer, or any other harsh chemicals. Along with this information we do require you to select a box prior to checking out confirming that you have read and do agree to our care guidelines. We do ship our rings with a polishing cloth, however metal of all types are prone to scratch and where this has a large surface area it is common to show more easily. Working in the jewelry industry in over 30 years, this is not uncommon at all. We are also proud to offer an amazing warranty option which you had opted out of. Although our rings are hand crafted specific to your size, we do offer a very lenient 30 day return policy for a full refund as long as your ring is not customized. You had opted to add a ring engraving that was personal and specific to you which then made it non refundable.. This was also agreed upon during checkout.We work with an amazing group of quality artisans that take pride in the work that they put into the rings. We are sorry that you were not able to appreciate this upon receiving it. We have been working with these designs for over ten years and as our Service manager had stated, we have not seen one get scratched up this quickly and as stated, we were more than happy to send it back in to inspect it and get it all polished up for you. This offer still stands should you decide to do so.
