Hired them to trim a large tree in my back yard, they offered to do the job for $2,000. We agreed, and they came out the following week. It was finished promptly. While they were working, one of the branches fell and put a hole in my fence. They reassured me that they would call the fencing company immediately to get it scheduled to be fixed. As they were leaving, they told me that they don't accept credit cards, and in-order to do so would have to charge extra to cover the processing fee. so I paid an extra $100, despite not being told that up-front. Then, a week later, I called the fence company and asked if they had called to schedule the repair, and they had not. I reached out to Ed and he told me they were going to do so the next day. I waited a few days and heard nothing from either company. Finally, I scheduled them to come out and get the fence fixed regardless and they did. Followed up with Ed and he told me they would be paying the bill. Day after day I reached back out to the fencing company to see if the bill had been paid and it had not. Again, talking with Ed he told me that they would pay it the next day. The next day rolls around and Ed tells me that they can't pay the bill that day, he told me they would pay it by Friday. So Again, I gave them a few more days to get it paid. Today is Tuesday of the following week, I called and the bill has still not been paid. Completely and utterly unprofessional and completely discourteous. I'm beyond frustrated with this company. I would absolutely recommend everyone to look elsewhere for any services Rocha may offer. I 100% question whether they actually have insurance to cover damages that are caused from their work. I do not trust them anymore, and would not expect them to follow-through with any repairs that result from their work.
