      Terrible service . My speed shop determined that the cts3 with insight was in fact blocking communication to the transmission causing failure

      Bought a edge cts3 the product monitor freezing during start up. They don't care if it works after they get your money. There is many blogs of people having same problem as I do. Do your research before you purchase

      These are a bunch of crooks ! Sent my monitor in for warranty work and they are saying it was stolen in shipping with no signs of bix being tampered or anything they are liars buyer beware!

      I bought an Edge *** from a third party seller online. This $700 device didnt work from the beginning of installation. My goal was to improve my mileage on a 2019 F150 eco boost. I did the setup and had numerous problems with the device not starting up properly or making me put in all the vehicle information every time I started the truck. So I programmed the *** for gas saving mode. All modes of this device requires premium fuel. The screen rarely started up correctly. Sometimes it took 15 seconds to power up/on sometimes 5 minutes. I called Edge and first they had me do a software upgrade which did not help. After a few weeks I called back and they shipped me a new dongle cable. Again this did not help. As well as my mileage only improved 1-2 mpg. On a long trip about 9 months after installation I got a check engine light as well as the engine didnt idle smoothly at att. The techs had me try every mode (4) each on a full tank of gas. In the trailer tow mode the turbos both quit while I was accelerating and it reset when I programmed back to factory mode. This is only a few of the problems I had. I made over 10 calls to Edge and just asked for a new unit. I kept getting excuses, try this try that.I told them during the 11 month of install I was afraid the one year warranty would run out and they would leave me hanging. Oh no I was promised we wont stop until you are happy. They refused to give me a new unit or fix the one I had and sure enough after One year they said the warranty is over and nothing they can do now. I had made numerous calls to the techs and managers and not only they refused to help they absolutely lied when I filled a BBB and other complaints on line. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Edge/SuperChips/Diablo/******** unless you dont mind getting cheated and lied to. HORRIBLE customer service and I just lost $700 and hours of my time.

      I have an older CTS2 to monitor my 6.0 power stroke vitals as the engine is prone to die. Unit worked great and a huge comfort to be able to monitor the important stuff. after about a year and a half when it would get hot outside I would get a warning on start up about the unit having a corruption. And this proceeded to get worse. Would be running fine all day then as soon as I shut the truck down and restart same notice when it would be like 80* outside. I researched the web and all the bad talk had me worried, I even tip toed the thought of buying the CTS3 programmer but really don't need the programmer after my atlas40 tune on the ***** So I reached out to technical support and they had me ship the unit back with their RA number. a week later I got my unit back like new, they explained it had a bad screen. No charge, no hassle. I am very pleased with their customer service and timely action. Thank you Edge for this.

      Deceiving sales. They state they have recording and playback capability using *********** viewer. The data viewer does not even show that the Edge products are even supported on the website. Tech support can only say the issue is being worked on. The last update on the data viewer software was Q1, 2021, it is now Q2 in 2022.
