    Date of purchase 18 MARCH 2024 Date Delivered: 31 MAY 2024 Total Paid: $6278.56 Expedition One has failed to ship the required hardware included with a bumper purchase.2 rear bumpers were ordered, one for a FJ cruiser and one for a 2023 ****** 4runner.I have reached out via email and phone to the company several times. Spoke on the phone with ****. Informed them of the missing hardware. They take the tone that it is somehow our fault for not receiving the missing hardware. They claim to check their video of order packing to verify what is missing. After multiple attempts to correct the issue with the company we still do not have a sufficient resolution to receive the missing items we purchased. After multiple attempts and lost scheduling opportunities to install the bumpers, we reach a stop because of the missing hardware. We cannot install the bumpers because of the missing parts.Expedition one has made a couple of attempts to send out missing parts. However, we still do not have all we need to perform the installation. Recently they sent out the dog ear pieces for the ****** 4runner bumper that were missing with the original delivery but did not include the hardware. We also discovered we do not have the drop pins and drop in plates.In order to resolve the continuation of missing parts we request ALL hardware for both bumpers and accessories.be sent immediately as we have scheduled time of this week to try and perform the install.

    I dont ever do this but I need to rant so here we go. Purchased a $2500 rear bumper with a sw*** out arm. Two months later I email to check to see if the bumper was complete. Got ignored, emailed them again. Got a email from some dude named **** say*** he totally forgot and will start the bumper asap. Another two f-*** months later I email again. **** responds with just finish*** a few welds. About a month later I get my bumper (it was almost 5 months). I was surprised to see no instructions besides the s***** ones online on their website. I get it Bedlined from a different company and I get it back in few days. I start putt*** them bumper together when I realize they didnt send me any f-*** bear***s or a cap for the sw*** out arm. Now Im try*** to call them which literally says they have 24/7 support and all Im gett*** is sent to their voicemail to wait some more. So here I am wait***, go*** on 4 f-*** hours of not be*** contacted wait*** to get the f-*** parts for the bumper that took them almost 6 months to send out. I cant imagine I can even return it because I got it bedlined so now I just have a FJ sitt*** in my driveway without a rear bumper. F this company stay away please.

I did a review of the communications and order history and would like to confirm the history with you as we have documented if you could please review everything below and let me know if you have other documentation you can provide I would be happy to take a look and resolve any missing parts issues or otherwise so you can get your products fully installed!Summary: -The shipment was ready to ship within 9 weeks of order confirmation (just over 2 months). Order confirmed April 5th and ready to ship June 3rd.-There are no further email communications or voicemails received by us at current regarding any missing parts but I have put in a review request for your shipment and will get any missing parts sent out to you right away!-I cannot find an email reference where customer service stated they "totally forgot" about your order , can you please provide a copy of that email?-We do not advertise 24/7 customer support but do let customers know on our site that we can respond to inquiries typically within ***** hrs. If you are finding something saying 24/7 support elsewhere please let me know where so I can get that corrected!-I do not see that you purchased color printed installation guides but we do provide links to all of our instructions online. Printed color copies are an optional purchase if you would like us to send you some?Communications Timeline:-April 2: Attempted to order on our webstore but there was some difficulty and order did not complete/fully process -April 5th: Contacted us by email to check on the status of the order. We confirmed that we were able to recover the order and activate it in our system as well as your payment.-April 16th: You reached out to inquire about order status and we provided an estimated delivery date of May 3rd at that time May 21: You inquired about order status and we provided you with updated information and a delay due to a recent staffing shortage. June 3rd: We provided a new ship date of June 3rd/4th.June 4th: You requested we hold the bumper to arrive after June 9th. The request was acknowledged and confirmed.June 6th: Your order was shipped from our facility and was delivered to you on June 13th. Again, we apologize for your frustations and hope to provide you with the service you are needing so if there is any additional information you can provide me I am happy to follow up with you. I will be reaching out to you once your shipment review is completed for any missing parts.
