Read my no soliciting sign and didn't care, knocked anyway, then made up some names of my "neighbors" that they supposedly were just now helping. Come on, you aren't even trying to sound legit. *** and ****? Really? Are you sure it wasn't *** and ***? or **** and *****?Called the company and got some fake sorries. After looking at the reviews, they are obviously aware of these tactics already and are condoning it. They want to tie me up on the phone while I told them I was busy. Well, they are in luck. I'm free now. NO NOT USE HAWX! I live in ****** and had the worst experience with them. A bunch of my plants in my yard died and are dying as result of their spraying. Two weeks ago I called them to have the mosquitos treatment rescheduled to the morning to avoid treatment in the heat of the day. Three times I was rescheduled and three times no one showed or called. Last week I emailed them twice to put everything in writing to request refund of my August payment because I had to hire another pest control company to spray for the mosquitos when they failed to render their service as promised. I never received any reply to my emails. When I called, they refuse to refund and charge me early termination fee. Basically, I'm being penalized for their poor service and failure to perform their contractual duty. Go with a local company that does not bind you with contract and early termination fee.

I would give zero stars if that was possible. This is the worst pest control, I'm pretty sure there's just water when they come and spray. We contacted them over and over to get them to come take care of the bugs. We have ants, wasps, and black widow spiders. We finally treated ourselves as we had a trail of ants all the way around the master bedroom and even a few in our bed. We canceled services and were told we would have an early termination fee of $500. Absolutely freaking not. We will not pay one more red cent as this company did not provide services agreed upon. Terrible customer service. Terrible product.

Does not even deserve one star. This company is a scam. I was very clear on what I wanted and they said they would guarantee their service. Well, they cannot fix my slug problem that they are charging me $500 a year for! After four tries, all I got were dead plants and I still had slugs. Now they want to charge me $200 to cancel the contract for their terrible service!! They have caused so much damage I would have been better off with the slugs!!!

THE PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK!!! Keep your money, harass phone calls everyday all day. We were told you could cancel at anytime FALSE. Called to cancel and **** will not cancel unless you pay ******. We were lied to after 3 months of paying for a solution that doesnt work. The bugs got worse!!!! Several requesting to cancel and they continue to set you up for services. BAD SERVICES FALSE REPRESENTATION! DO NOT LET THESE LIARS ON YOUR PROPERTY!

I am very disappointed in the service. It was agreed upon this business and myself that service would be every three months. Also agreed that service hours would be weekend or evening. Appointments were constantly canceled by hawx and rescheduled without talking to me, and always set when I was not home. Tried canceling service to be transferred and placed on hold several times over 25 minutes then disconnected. I was charged four months without service until I had to stop payment and constantly harassed since. Tech would cancel service when I was home so they didn't have to enter home and save product. I will never use them again.

This company is honestly the worst company we have ever dealt with. We decided to go with this company since we needed a pest control company , well we have yet to see anyone come to our property to spray. The guy that came by for I guess a consultation told us we have brown recluse spiders , so this is obviously something I don't want to hear with a newborn baby, another child and a dog. We were scheduled a week ago and we receive pictures from the pest control guy supposedly spraying our home... well he was in the wrong home because the address he went to was in the same neighborhood but the wrong address because he must of seen the number of the home and decided that's where he's going to go! We confirmed our address plenty of times but still went to the wrong address! Well then we call them to let them know IMMEDIATELY to let them know the lady says that's fine we'll schedule you for next week ( idk how that's my issue and why now we would have to wait to get our home sprayed because your pest control guy can't get an address correct.) so then we wait , whatever. Sunday comes by, you reschedule the time again! So we were already planning on cancelling because you are so irresponsible and simply don't care about your customers. My husband calls and speaks to **** to let him know that we want to cancel the service since it never happens in the first place and we were already getting several red flags... he tells us that we won't get our money back because they sprayed our home already. My husband tells him but you didn't, they went to the wrong home , we were in our house because we work from ************* came to knock on our door! So my husband is trying to get in touch with this manager to show them pictures of our home which is so obvious it's a different color to compare them to the ones the pest control guy took to prove that is not our home he went to , but we continue to get transferred to people and hung up on! HORRIBLE COMPANY with no solution.

They get two starts bc they have a call ************************ However, I would never work with them again. I give 1 star based on their warranty. Hawx gives you 3 days to cancel without being charged an additional $200 cancelation fee. A sales *** told me a had a week. Which makes more sense. Part of their"service" is to remove the webs. Since we have a spider problem web removal worked well. However it takes more than 3 days before a concerning amount of webs reappear. I tried canceling within that week, but they wouldn't allow me & pushed back. "Additional spiders at first is typical & we just ask that you give us a chance", then sent another tech out to spray. It wasn't affective, so I called back to cancel. They said that they would have to charge me the cancelation ***** there's absolutely nothing they could do about it. I called back several **************** tried to say "it's in the contract"... when I signed it I was traveling & went off of the representative to tell the truth. When I told them this, they say, we can't verify what the sells *** said. Any company who's not trying to take advantage would see my call history, how many times I tried to cancel, and have something in place for instances that their service isn't affective. When I made the point that I'm canceling bc the service was ineffective, they literally said "we don't claim to get rid of pests, just try to control them. " There you go folks!! They can promise the Stars, but have little to no responsibility to doing an effective job. AND, they only give you 3 days to decide if you want to work with them before charging a $200 cancelation fee. Talk about a rip-off!

This has been a back and forth issue for well over a year. I was told **** would cancel my contract with Urbanx. All I had to do was send was send the contract. I sent it to the tech and sales ***resentative. Few months later I noticed that Urbanx was still charging me $100 for their service. Ive called, sent e-mails, text/call sales *** and did the chat option. I had no response and the 3 responses I received got me nowhere. I was even told theres nothing (Hawx cant do anything about that because they dont make promises like that).Today when I called to cancel I was actually able to speak with a ***resentative. Basically I was told that I still had to pay the monthly invoice although Im moving and will not receive the service. But to make it worse ****** said she can give me a deal if I keep it and cancel the payment due. Theres a chance you may not service our area and Ill be out of money still. Ive taken a major financial loss the whole time I was using this company. The actual extermination service was great it was just the billing portion. I just want for the right thing to be done.

I canceled my contract after the one year was up. Their system wanted to charge me for one more month even though I would not be receiving any further service. I spoke with two different account managers and they both said that the remaining balance would be waved and that I would no longer receive calls from Hawx, multiple times a day asking for the payment that had been resolved. However they still call me from 8 AM to 8 PM multiple times a day. All of their support calls are not local and have 0 authority to do anything. The worst part is that the two separate conversations that I have had with the Account Managers both of them told me that the payment would be waived and that my issue was resolved. They are being dishonest with their service and their word.
