            They are the manufacturers of the inverter to my solar panels. Ive has them for less than 3 years and they are about to replace the inverter for the 2nd time in less then 6 months…the first time it took 3 months to get the part. When i called for reimbursement they said someone would call me back. Nobody called me, i incurred over $700 for the 3 months they dragged their feet to get the inverter replaced. I got an email on Saturday that it is down again. All i got was a message from their customer care company that they are waiting on approval from solar edge to see if they will replace the inverter. How long is it going to be another 3 months? It has been a nightmare dealing with them and they never respond.

            Solar edge offers 10 year warranty on their inverters the last two years I've had issues with one of my inverters I submitted an RMA the inverter kept shutting off and turning back on. They said the issue was software and supposedly updated the software after that it failed again. I contacted them for the third time because my inverter stopped working again. My solar inverter has been off since April of 2022 and 21 of my solar panels are not producing I informed the company that hey it's a significant loss of energy and I would like to get the fastest turnaround on the replacement of the equipment. They were able to troubleshoot over their phone and verify that the inverter was not outputting power and in fact it was bad. After all said and done they sent me the incorrect inverter a month later.. they have failed to respond to me and help me with my current issue I have over $800 of build up electricity **** due to the fact of the 21 solar panels not working. They seem to not care too much about warranty exchanges however they're willing to help out new purchases and supply products to new purchases as soon as possible verses warranty exchanges.
